However, from the evolutionary history of characters, "Jiao" has nothing to do with "filial piety", and its upper left part is a word "Yao", which not only indicates pronunciation, but also indicates the shape of teaching AIDS (calculation and compilation), and later became a "local prefix" after "Xiao Zhuan evolved into official script". On the lower left is a "child", that is, a child, which means highlighting the significance of educating children.
