Due to the late start of quality education in China, most libraries (rooms) are only expanded on the basis of previous libraries (rooms). Therefore, the variety of books is biased towards teaching assistance, and the collection function is more important than utilization, resulting in idle waste of resources. In recent years, with the rise of quality education, in order to cooperate with the new curriculum reform in ordinary senior high schools and build high-quality collections of new courses, all units have increased the capital investment and management of libraries (rooms). Moreover, young, knowledgeable and responsible personnel are selected for training, which greatly satisfies students' readers' desire to learn about books and knowledge outside the classroom through books, and also establishes a sense of quality products, strictly controls the quality of books, and gives prominence to key points and gives consideration to others according to the reality of school discipline construction, teaching tasks and scientific research projects. On the basis of in-depth investigation and extensive listening to the opinions of teachers and students, we will increase investment in books and purchase popular books that are popular with teachers and students in a planned way. This can not only ensure the books urgently needed for teaching and scientific research, but also make full use of limited funds, reduce the occurrence of idle books, and comprehensively improve the circulation rate of books in school libraries (rooms).
Third, do a good job in library management to serve the current teaching.
Over the years, the management technology of school libraries has been single, and the old management methods have been adopted, that is, books are borrowed, borrowed and returned. Library staff only do some daily borrowing and returning work, giving people the impression that the work of the library is very simple. The new curriculum reform puts forward new requirements for librarians. With the rapid development of network technology, the concept of knowledge management is highly respected by the society. Different from information management, knowledge management is a strategy of developing, planning, controlling, integrating and utilizing information resources. Knowledge innovation is an inevitable requirement for the development of library management. Therefore, it has become an important content of digital library knowledge management to carry out library science research and develop and innovate library science on the basis of new practice. Although library science as a science has a history of more than a century, it is not yet mature. In the current changing network information environment, library science is faced with the arduous task of discipline renewal and reconstruction. Based on the colorful practice of digital library, librarians can make creative research by capturing and discovering the problems in practice, which is helpful to the development and perfection of the theoretical system of library science.
1. Knowledge service. Knowledge service is a new service concept under the background of knowledge economy, and it is the deep development and utilization of information resources. The object of knowledge service is often decision-making institutions, and scientific research topics are composed of individual researchers. Based on the knowledge and ability of information search, organization, analysis and reorganization, it integrates into the process of user's problem solving according to the user's knowledge and environment, and provides services that can effectively support knowledge application and knowledge innovation. In particular, users engaged in research and development in high-tech fields are no longer satisfied with providing them with general knowledge services, but need to provide the core knowledge content of problem-solving solutions. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate the professional knowledge scattered in this field and related fields, extract innovative ideas for users to study, develop and manage, and form an important "knowledge boutique" for their use.
3. Establish a rich literature information database with personal characteristics. In order to provide high-quality knowledge service, the library must establish a rich personalized literature resource database to meet the various needs of users at different levels. ① Establish a bibliographic database. ② Establish a joint catalog database. ③ Establishment of characteristic literature database. (4) Establish the development database of library literature information.
