Liaoning Heishan Beiguan Experimental School is a key experimental school in Liaoning Province and one of the famous schools in China. The school was founded on 1948. 65438-0958, the first "centralized literacy" teaching method in China, was highly valued by the Propaganda Department of the CPC and the Ministry of Education. In April, 1960, entrusted by Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China and the Ministry of Education, the Liaoning Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China held a "on-the-spot meeting on teaching reform" in Montenegro, and 27 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions attended the meeting. Zhang Panshi, former vice minister of Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, and Dong Chuncai, former vice minister of education, attended the meeting, and Li Huang, former secretary of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee, personally presided over the meeting. The meeting decided to popularize the experience of centralized literacy in Montenegro Beiguan Experimental School throughout the country. Later, the former deputy director of the State Education Commission, Liaoning Provincial Governor Che and many other provincial and ministerial leaders visited the school many times. The Central Institute of Education and various provinces and cities have held many on-the-spot meetings on Montenegro's educational reform to promote our educational reform experience to the whole country. As a result, our school was identified as a provincial key experimental school by the Liaoning Provincial People's Government, and its name was "Beiguan Experimental School in Heishan County, Liaoning Province", which was inscribed by Comrade Lu. The teaching reform experience of "centralized literacy" in our school is not only famous in the national teaching field, but also unique in the national education front and has an important impact internationally. So the school is famous all over the country. In the 1960s, this school was once as famous as Beijing Jingshan School, and the two schools became sister schools. This school has always been the experimental base school of teaching reform determined by the Central Institute of Education, and the experience and achievements of teaching reform in the past 60 years have attracted worldwide attention.

Liaoning Heishan Beiguan Experimental School is a nine-year compulsory education school.
