Sources of funds for compulsory education
Financial appropriation. The source of compulsory education funds is financial allocation, which is the most important source of compulsory education funds. Article 12 of the Compulsory Education Law stipulates: "The growth ratio of the state's financial allocation for compulsory education should be higher than the growth ratio of the recurrent financial revenue, and the average education expenditure should be gradually increased according to the number of students in school".
