1. Participate in centralized training of overall planning projects at all levels. The training duration is less than 15 days (inclusive). If the training institution passes the examination, the credits will be converted according to 100% of the actual hours.

2. For projects with training duration exceeding 15 days, those that exceed the class hours and pass the examination by training institutions will be converted into credits according to 40% of the actual class hours.
