According to public information, Zigong Vocational and Technical College is a private non-profit university. Zigong Vocational and Technical College was founded on February 8, 20021,and is a comprehensive full-time general higher vocational college approved by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government.

The school is headed by Sichuan Education Department and undertaken by Mianyang Shu Ren Education Investment Co., Ltd., which is located in the new urban area in the east of Zigong City, Sichuan Province.

The school has 1 1 majors, built UAV application technology training bases, established 54 on-campus professional training rooms and 53 off-campus practice training bases, including 4 on UAV application technology, 6 on infant care and management, 9 on electronic information engineering technology, 5 on digital media technology, 4 on computer application technology and 4 on art design.

The college covers an area of 750 mu and is constructed in three phases. The first phase covers an area of 273 mu, with an area of nearly 6.5438+0.3 million square meters, including teaching building, training center, comprehensive building, library, student apartment, canteen, sports ground, gymnasium and conference center. Phase II 143 mu, completed and put into use in July 2022, with a total capacity of about 13000 people.
