Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 In order to standardize teaching requirements, strengthen examination management, improve examination system, maintain examination order, prevent violations, improve handling procedures, ensure objective and fair examinations, and protect students' legitimate rights and interests, in accordance with the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) (hereinafter referred to as the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)) and the Provisions on the Administration of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, with reference to the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations and related laws, regulations and rules, combined with the reality of our school.

Article 2 All courses specified in the talent training plan (including experiments, internships and major practical teaching links) must pass the examination, and students must take the examination of the courses and obtain corresponding examination results.

Article 3 Full-time undergraduate and junior college students studying in our school must pass the examination to study the courses stipulated in the talent training plan and set up teaching hours and credits independently, and they can get corresponding credits if they pass the examination.

Article 4 The courses specified in the talent training plan must be compiled according to the requirements of the syllabus, and the contents, methods and requirements of the course examination should be standardized.

Article 5 The examination work mentioned in these Provisions refers to all kinds of examination and management work organized by our school for full-time undergraduate and junior college students in Hunan Institute of Technology, including examination qualification examination, proposition, examination paper review, examination paper production and management, examination organization, invigilation and inspection, performance evaluation and management, examination paper evaluation and analysis, and treatment of irregularities.

Article 6 All aspects of the examination work must be clearly defined, implemented to all people, and strictly managed. The performance of teachers, organization managers and staff who participate in all aspects of the examination work is included in the annual assessment scope of individuals and units.

Chapter II Examination Methods

Article 7 The examination methods of courses are divided into examination and assessment. According to the nature, characteristics and content of the course, the examination can take many forms, such as written examination (open book or closed book), oral examination, paying equal attention to both oral and written examination, and combining theoretical examination with practical ability examination (experiment, operation, social practice, etc.). ).

Article 8 The examination subject time is 120 minutes (except art), and the examination subject time is 100 minutes (except art), and the number of questions in the examination paper should be consistent with the time.

Ninth national or provincial examination methods and time according to the relevant provisions of the superior.

Chapter III Examination Organization and Management

Article 10 The Academic Affairs Office is responsible for the organization and management of examinations. During the examination, the school set up an examination leading group to guide and check the examination work of the whole school and deal with all kinds of problems in the examination process. Each hospital (branch) set up an examination working group to organize the examination work of this unit.

Article 11 The course examination shall be the final examination in principle and shall be organized and implemented by the Academic Affairs Office. The examination course can be arranged at the end of the course and organized and implemented by the college (department) undertaking the teaching task; The examinations of experiment, practice and main practical teaching links are organized and implemented by colleges according to the provisions of the corresponding syllabus. The examinations arranged by colleges (departments) must be held in the examination center of the Academic Affairs Office one week before the examination, and the relevant colleges (departments), classes and invigilators should be informed.

Twelfth examinations shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the talent training plan and the examination schedule of the Academic Affairs Office. The final exam is usually arranged in the last two weeks of each semester. College applications for course exams and mid-term exams that need to be advanced or postponed shall be submitted to the Academic Affairs Office for examination and approval, and examinations shall be organized according to the requirements of the final exam.

Article 13 The leaders of all colleges should conscientiously grasp all aspects of the examination work, hold a student mobilization meeting and a meeting of all faculty members before the final examination, study the relevant documents of the school on the examination room discipline and the duties of invigilators, educate students on the examination discipline, train invigilators, and make good preparations for the exam.

Article 14 The teaching and research section shall hold a special meeting, designate the person in charge of the course examination, and organize the work of proposition, marking, examination paper marking, score entry, examination paper analysis, examination paper sorting and filing.

Fifteenth national and provincial examinations, in accordance with the requirements of the higher authorities, organized by the Academic Affairs Office.

Chapter IV Examination Qualification Examination

Sixteenth students' examination qualifications are examined by teachers and their institutions. In any of the following circumstances, the qualification to take the corresponding course examination will be cancelled, and zero will be scored:

1. Those who have been absent from class for more than one third of the required class hours or have been absent for three times without taking time off;

2. More than one-third of the homework of this course has not been handed in, or more than one-third of the experiment report has not been handed in;

3. Those who have not registered before the exam are not eligible to take the exam.

Article 17 According to the provisions of Article 16, if a student is disqualified from the examination, the teacher should fill in the Examination Qualification Examination Form of Hunan Institute of Technology one week before the course examination, and report the name, student number, class and reasons of the student who is disqualified from the examination to his college, and the college will report the results to the Academic Affairs Office. For the students who have been disqualified from the examination, the teacher should announce it in class and arrange the class cadres to inform the students themselves in time.

Eighteenth students who pass the examination must bring their ID cards and student ID cards to the designated examination room to take the examination. People without certificates can't take the exam.

Nineteenth national and provincial examination qualifications in accordance with the relevant provisions of the higher authorities.

Chapter V Make-up Examination, Re-examination, Make-up Examination, Revision, Postponement Examination and Public Examination

Article 20 Make-up exams are arranged on the weekend of the first week of each semester; Registration for resumption of classes is arranged in the fourth week of each semester. In principle, students can only retake the courses offered in this semester's professional talent training plan.

Twenty-first students who fail in the course exam and score more than 30 points (including 30 points) can take the make-up exam of the course, and those who score less than 30 points must retake the exam.

Twenty-second students who fail or fail in the make-up exam may take the make-up exam of this course in the next grade.

Article 23 In the eighth semester of undergraduate course, the Academic Affairs Office will organize make-up classes for graduation, allowing fresh graduates to make up a maximum of 20 credits, and previous graduates are not allowed to take part in make-up classes for graduation.

Within the prescribed length of study, graduates who leave school can return to school to apply for courses that fail to make up the exam, and the total credits of the make-up courses per semester shall not exceed 25 credits. In principle, the back-to-school make-up exam is not a separate proposition group exam, but is conducted together with the semester make-up exam and the final exam. Students who take the make-up exam at the beginning of the semester shall go through the registration formalities at the Student Registration Section of the Academic Affairs Office before Tuesday of the first week of the semester, and will not make up the exam after the expiration.

Twenty-fourth students who are unable to take the course examination for some reason must go through the formalities of postponing the examination according to the regulations, otherwise they will be treated as absent. The examination shall not be postponed without special reasons, and those who have gone through the re-examination procedures shall not be postponed. Those who have gone through the formalities and do not take the exam are deemed to have given up automatically, and the formalities will automatically become invalid; If reconstruction is needed, reconstruction procedures must be handled again. Practical links such as course design (experiment, internship) cannot apply for an extension of the exam, but can only retake it.

Article 25 Those who fail to take the course examination as required shall be treated as absent. Students who are absent from the exam will be given zero points, disqualified from retaking the exam and can only take the retake exam.

Twenty-sixth people who have been disqualified from the examination, if the score of the course is zero or fails, will be disqualified from the make-up examination and make-up examination of the course according to the regulations.

Twenty-seventh graduation design (thesis) is not qualified, and make-up exams will be arranged after the fresh graduates leave school; If you fail again, the graduation project (thesis) will be re-examined with the next grade.

Twenty-eighth courses (experiments, internships) and other practical links failed, can not make-up exams, must re-participate.

Article 29 If an elective course fails and no make-up exam is arranged, students can apply for make-up exam, take the normal exam of this course in the lower grades with the approval of the Academic Affairs Office, or change to other elective courses and complete the required credits.

Thirtieth make-up exam and graduation make-up exam scores above 75 points are recorded as 75 points, and below 75 points are recorded as true; The middle and upper records are middle, and the middle and lower records are true. Re-examination results are registered according to the actual test results.

Thirty-first repeat, revision, make-up exam after graduation, students must pay the tuition fee for credits according to the regulations.

Chapter VI Proposition

Thirty-second according to the requirements of the syllabus and examination syllabus. Its basic principle is to meet the basic requirements of the outline and examination outline, and not to give questions that are beyond the outline, off-topic or meaningless for assessment; The meaning of the question is clear, the language is accurate, and the correct answer to the question is generally conclusive.

Article 33 The Academic Affairs Office is responsible for formulating the principles and macro requirements of the proposition, the college is responsible for organizing and implementing the proposition, and the curriculum proposition is subject to the curriculum director responsibility system. The suggestion should be:

1. According to the examination syllabus and basic requirements, to make the examination questions scientific, we should not only pay attention to assessing students' mastery of basic knowledge, basic theory and basic skills ("three basics"), but also pay attention to assessing students' ability to analyze and solve problems.

2. Reasonably determine the number of test questions, so that most students can complete them within the specified time. Make the examination content focused and the examination results distributed reasonably.

3. Open-book examination proposition should pay attention to students' comprehensive application ability.

Thirty-fourth test paper layout requirements:

1. Total rolling surface score 100.

2. The description of the test questions is clear, the meaning of the questions is clear, the words are accurate, the conditions are sufficient, the words are fluent and concise, the punctuation is correct, and the illustrations, formulas and tables are clear.

3. The same set of papers and the same type of questions should be written in the same format.

4. In the same set of papers, each topic should be independent; There must be no phenomenon that answers are prompted to each other between questions; The topic text and the answer description cannot prompt each other; The content of the topic shall not be repeated.

5. The questions should be arranged in the order from easy to difficult, and the answers to multiple-choice questions should be arranged randomly.

6. The test paper is made according to the template of "Hunan Institute of Technology Test Paper".

Article 35 A unified standard answer (objective question), reference answer or key points of answer (subjective question) and grading standard shall be formulated for each set of test questions. If the test score is above 10, it is necessary to refine the scoring standard.

Thirty-sixth test (search) courses that have established a question bank or test paper library, the teaching teacher should call the test paper (volume) at the academic affairs office at the specified time. If you need to supplement or modify the examination paper (question) library, it should be completed within the specified time.

Thirty-seventh test (search) courses without establishing a question bank or test paper library must make two sets of test papers (A and B) according to considerable difficulty, and the distribution of questions, types and scores of A and B should be consistent. The repeated content scores of volumes A and B shall not exceed 30% of the total score, and the repeated content scores of the course papers in the previous grade shall not exceed 30% of the total score.

Thirty-eighth for courses with the same syllabus and examination syllabus, when more than one teacher teaches, the person in charge of the course will organize a unified proposition, unified examination and unified grading standards.

Thirty-ninth papers (volumes A and B) and standard (reference) answers should be consistent with the implementation plan.

Fortieth oral examination should adopt the method of drafting questions first and then matching them. The number of questions should be more than the number of candidates, and the questions are generally not repeated. The answers to questions in the open-book exam should not contain the contents copied directly from textbooks or other permitted materials. The operation examination should have detailed examination contents and grading standards.

Forty-first institutions of higher learning should do a good job in the examination of examination questions to ensure the quality of examination questions. After the examination paper is examined and signed by the director of the teaching and research section (or the person in charge of the course), the academic secretary of the college will send it to the academic affairs office within the specified time for handover registration. Each college should keep its own test papers, and refer to the (standard) answers and grading standards for grading and archiving.

Chapter VII Marking and Filing of Test Papers

Forty-second after the examination, all colleges (departments) should organize the marking and grading work in time. In principle, the marking, grading and grading of the final exam are required to be completed within three days after the end of the exam.

Forty-third marking teachers should mark papers according to the reference (standard) answers and grading standards, and be rigorous, objective and fair, with appropriate Yan Kuan. Do not lower the scoring standard, and do not excessively add points or deduct points. Marking should be marked right or wrong, and marking should be done step by step. The score of this question should be marked at the beginning of the topic. In the scoring column, you should score one by one to ensure the correct score. The grade of the test paper and the score of each question shall not be altered. If it really needs to be revised, you should sign at the revision place. The teaching and research section should arrange special personnel to carefully review and check the papers after marking.

Forty-fourth examination courses are evaluated according to the percentile system, examination courses are evaluated according to the percentile system or the five-level system (excellent, good, fair, pass and fail), and practice links are evaluated according to the five-level system.

Forty-fifth course grades are assessed by the usual assessment and final examination. Exam courses usually account for 30% of exam scores, and final exam scores account for 70%; Exam courses usually account for 50%, and final exams account for 50%. Where the final exam score of the exam course is less than 55 points, the final exam score of the exam course is unqualified and the comprehensive score of the course is unqualified.

Forty-sixth teachers in each class shall not accept students' marking requirements without permission. When students have doubts about their grades and need to check the papers, they can apply to the teaching task undertaking college within three days after the start of school, and the papers can be checked only after the approval of the teaching director. The examination is organized by the college that undertakes the teaching task, and attended by the academic secretary, one or more teachers of this course or nearly professional teachers. After the exam, write the exam conclusion in time and inform the students.

Article 47 Institutions of higher learning should do a good job in filing examination papers and students' scores. After the teacher marks the papers, the relevant materials of the exam (standard answers, test papers, student test score books, test paper analysis information tables, etc.). ) should be filed in time and kept in the reference room of the unit for two years after graduation, so as to refer to it when necessary. Make-up and retest papers are kept for one year.

Chapter VIII invigilation and patrol examination

Forty-eighth invigilation is a basic link in teaching work, and all teachers in the school have the obligation to invigilate and patrol the exam. The qualifications of other invigilators shall be determined by the Academic Affairs Office.

Article 49 invigilators shall be arranged for all examinations. According to the principle of arranging no less than 2 people in each examination room (or examination room), arrange invigilators.

Article 50 During the examination, the Academic Affairs Office shall organize personnel to patrol the examination, and all colleges shall have relevant leaders to patrol and be on duty to deal with the problems found in time.

Fifty-first proposition teachers should enter the examination room during the examination and deal with the problems found in the examination paper in time.

Article 52 invigilators should conscientiously perform their invigilation duties, maintain normal examination order, strictly enforce examination discipline, and do a good job in examination and supervision in the examination room with a high sense of responsibility. The invigilator should do the following:

1. Take the examination paper 20 minutes in advance and arrange the examination room. Arrange the seats according to the number of seats in the examination room, and inform the students to put all the items near the seats except the examination equipment in the designated position of the podium.

2. reaffirm the examination discipline before handing out the papers, and check the student ID card and ID card one by one. Those who don't have a student ID card and ID card can't take the exam.

3. During the examination, carefully check and observe the examination situation in the examination room. No smoking, no eating, no chatting, no reading newspapers and magazines, no marking papers, no doing anything unrelated to invigilation. Mobile communication tools are not allowed to be used in the examination room after the exam, and the mobile phone must be turned off.

4. Fill in the registration form of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology examination room.

5. Carefully invigilate to prevent the occurrence of violations of discipline and fraud in the exam. If there is any violation of discipline and fraud, report it to the test office in time and fill in the Registration Form for Violation of Discipline and Fraud of Hunan Institute of Technology.

6. At the end of the exam, the test papers should be rolled up according to the specified time, counted in the order of student number, sealed and bagged. Excess test papers and draft papers must also be taken back.

Fifty-third patrol personnel should conscientiously perform their duties of patrol inspection, and supervise and urge the inspectors to do a good job in inspection. Patrol personnel should do the following:

1. Check and supervise the performance of duties by invigilators and examination staff, and correct irregular behaviors in time.

2. Patrol the examination room and assist invigilators to deal with violations on the spot.

3. Record the course exam.

Chapter IX Discipline of Examination Room

Fifty-fourth candidates should consciously abide by the discipline of the examination room, respect and obey the guidance and management of invigilators and examination room inspectors.

Fifty-fifth candidates must turn off their mobile phones, electronic notebooks and other electronic tools when entering the examination room and put them in the place designated by the invigilator.

Fifty-sixth candidates must bring their student ID cards and ID cards when taking the exam. The certificate should be placed in the upper left corner of the seat for future reference. Invigilators and patrol examiners have the right to ask those who do not bring all the certificates to withdraw from the examination room.

Fifty-seventh candidates should enter the examination room 15 minutes in advance and take their seats according to the prescribed position. Those who are more than 30 minutes late are not allowed to enter the examination room; Don't leave the examination room for 30 minutes.

Fifty-eighth students should fill in the name, student number and professional course after receiving the test paper. When answering questions, you should use black or blue pen and signature pen as required, and the answer sheet should be filled in with 2B pencil.

Fifty-ninth in the closed-book exam, before the exam, candidates must keep their schoolbags, books, notes, materials, papers, communication tools and other items away from their seats and put them in places designated by invigilators.

Article 60 In the open-book examination, candidates may bring relevant textbooks, notes or other reference materials into the examination room according to regulations. Candidates must think and answer independently, and are not allowed to pass books or notes to each other, and are not allowed to discuss and communicate.

Semi-open-book examination is limited to bringing materials with the official seal of the school designated by the teacher into the examination room.

Sixty-first candidates are not allowed to take examination papers, answer sheets, answer sheets, draft papers and other examination materials out of the examination room during or at the end of the examination.

Sixty-second national and provincial examinations have special provisions on examination room discipline, in accordance with the relevant provisions.

Chapter X Identification and Handling of Examination Violation and Cheating

Sixty-third students have one of the following violations of the exam, the invigilator shall give criticism and education and correct it on the spot:

1. refusing to produce valid inspection certificates;

2. Bring your own answer sheet or draft paper into the examination room and don't give it to the invigilator;

3. Borrowing other people's examination tools without permission;

4. Look around during the exam;

5. Noisy, smoking or other activities that affect the order of the examination in the examination room or the educational examination institution.

Sixty-fourth students in any of the following circumstances in the exam, as a violation of discipline, given a warning. If the circumstances are serious, give a serious warning until a demerit is recorded. The score of this course will be counted as zero, and his qualification to take the normal make-up exam will be cancelled:

1. Having one of the acts in Article 63 and not accepting criticism and education from invigilators;

(2) do not obey the arrangement and requirements of the invigilator, and do not sit in the exam as required;

3. Bringing items beyond the provisions into the examination room without putting them in the designated position;

4. Peeping, whispering, exchanging signals or gestures during the exam;

5. Provide convenience for others to peep;

6. Others forcibly take away their own test papers without refusing or reporting to invigilators in time;

7. Entering and leaving the examination room without the consent of the invigilator during the examination;

8. Take test papers and answer sheets (including answer sheets, answer sheets, etc.). ) and draft paper are taken out of the examination room without authorization;

9. Bring communication tools into the examination room;

10. Answer questions before the test start signal is sent or continue to answer questions after the test end signal is sent;

1 1. Others who violate the discipline of the examination room but do not constitute cheating.

Sixty-fifth students who violate the principles of fairness and justice in the exam and have one of the following circumstances in the exam shall be regarded as cheating in the exam and given probation for half a year. If the circumstances are serious, a one-year probation shall be given. The score of this course is zero, so it is disqualified from taking the normal make-up exam:

1. Use written materials or electronic equipment related to the content of the exam to take the exam;

2. Copying the answers to other people's test questions or materials related to the content of the test, and assisting others to copy;

3. Write the information related to the examination course on the desktop of the examination room before the examination;

4. Forcing others to take the test papers, answer sheets and draft papers, or coercing others to provide convenience for plagiarism;

5. Fill in the name, test number and other information inconsistent with my identity on the answer sheet;

6. Passing or receiving articles or exchanging test papers, answer sheets and draft papers;

7. Deliberately destroying examination papers, answer sheets or examination materials;

8. Failing to leave the examination room as required after handing in the papers, and providing answering information to students who have not handed in the papers in the examination room;

9. In the process of marking papers, the answers are the same; There are more than two (including two) answers in the same subject in the same examination room;

10. Obtaining or attempting to obtain test scores of test questions by other improper means;

1 1. The discipline in the examination room is chaotic, the order in the examination room is out of control, and cheating occurs in a large area;

12. Being found to have violated discipline for the second time during school;

13. Other behaviors deemed as cheating.

Article 66 During the examination, students and other personnel who disobey the management of the examination staff and commit one of the following acts that disturb the order of the examination room shall be regarded as serious violations of discipline and shall be detained for not more than one year and suspended. The score of this course is zero, and its normal make-up exam qualification is cancelled. If his behavior violates the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment, he shall be dealt with by the public security organ, and if it constitutes a crime, he shall be investigated for criminal responsibility by the judicial organ according to law:

1. Deliberately disturbing the order of examination workplaces such as examination centers, examination rooms and marking papers;

2. Refusing or hindering the examination staff from performing their management duties;

3. Threatening, insulting, slandering, framing or otherwise infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of examination staff and other candidates;

4. Deliberately damaging the facilities and equipment of the examination room;

5. Other acts that disrupt the management order of the examination room.

Sixty-seventh students in any of the following circumstances during the examination, shall be expelled from school:

1. Cheating in the second exam was found during school;

2. Threatening, insulting, slandering or framing examination staff or other students when cheating in violation of discipline is verified;

3. Ask others to take the test or take the test for others;

4 by forging documents, certificates, files and other materials to obtain examination qualifications, additional qualifications and examination results;

5. Organizing cheating;

6. Cheating by using communication equipment;

7. Other cheating, if the circumstances are serious.

Article 68 The invigilator shall truthfully record and sign the names, student numbers and main information of the students who cheat in violation of discipline on the Hunan Institute of Science and Technology Student Registration Form, and the invigilator shall sign the names of the students who cheat in violation of discipline, and the invigilator shall confirm them, and submit them to the Academic Affairs Office together with the examination papers and the material evidence materials used for cheating in time. Tools for cheating etc. Be temporarily detained. Fill in the receipt of withheld student goods.

Article 69 The Academic Affairs Office will inform the college where students violate disciplines and cheat in exams, and the college will guide students to write written materials for education. After reviewing the relevant materials, the Academic Affairs Office will form a proposal for handling and publicize it for three days. The punishment of expulsion from school shall be reported to the principal's office meeting for approval.

Article 70 If a student is punished for violating discipline and cheating in the exam, the school shall issue a punishment decision, which shall be sent to the student himself by the college to which the student belongs. If it can't be served on me due to the reason of the punished student, it shall be served in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Civil Procedure Law.

Article 71 If a student disagrees with the decision, he/she may submit a written complaint to the school student complaint handling committee within five working days from the date of receiving the decision, and it will not be accepted after the deadline.

Chapter II Identification and Handling of Violations of XI Examination Staff

Article 72 Examination staff refers to all kinds of teaching staff who are responsible or assigned to work in all aspects of the examination.

Seventy-third examination staff in the examination management, organization, marking and performance management in any of the following circumstances, give the person directly responsible informed criticism, and record the general teaching accident once:

1. Failing to perform invigilation duties as required;

2. The test paper proposition is wrong;

3. There are obvious proposition errors in the test paper, and the auditors failed to correct them;

4. Serious dereliction of duty in marking and scoring, resulting in obvious misjudgment, missed judgment or scoring error;

5. Feel free to raise or lower the scores of students' test papers (graded by teachers with titles above the second-level lecturer);

6. Changing the time, place or arrangement of the examination without authorization;

7. Changing the invigilator without authorization or asking someone to change the invigilator;

8. The invigilator is more than 5 minutes late;

9. Due to the failure to perform their duties seriously, there are more than 1/5 identical papers in charge of the examination room;

10. Failure to perform duties seriously leads to disorder of the examination room in charge, serious cheating, damage to video materials, and failure of the video system to work normally;

Article 74 If the examination staff has any of the following circumstances in the examination management, organization, marking and score management, the person directly responsible shall be given an administrative warning, and if the circumstances are serious, a serious warning shall be given, and serious teaching accidents shall be recorded:

1. Taking test questions, answer sheets or related contents out of the examination room and handing them to others without authorization during the examination;

2. Changing the scoring standard without authorization or not scoring according to the scoring standard;

3. Dereliction of duty, resulting in the loss of test papers;

4 has arranged for invigilation, not to participate without reason;

5. Prompt or suggest candidates to answer questions;

6 other acts in violation of the provisions of invigilation and marking.

Article 75 If the examination staff has any of the following circumstances in the examination management, organization, marking and performance management, they shall be given administrative demerit, and if the circumstances are serious, they shall be given demerit, and major teaching accidents shall be recorded with gross demerit:

1. Providing false certificates, certificates and files for those who do not meet the examination requirements, so as to disqualify them from the examination;

2. Providing conditions for candidates to cheat by invigilating or engaging in examinations;

3. Leak test questions and reference answers before the exam;

4. Stealing or altering candidates' answer sheets, test scores or original recorded materials in the examination room;

5. Tampering with, fabricating or falsely reporting detection data and information without authorization;

6. Providing false results for candidates;

7. Framing or retaliating against candidates;

8. Organize off-site answers to provide answers for candidates;

9. Due to dereliction of duty, students failed to take the exam as scheduled or suffered heavy losses in the exam work.

Article 76 Examination staff shall be given disciplinary punishment for gross demerit if they have any of the following circumstances in examination management, organization, marking and performance management; if the circumstances are serious, they shall be given disciplinary punishment such as demotion, dismissal or even dismissal from public office; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated by judicial organs according to law:

1. Forge or alter candidates' files (including electronic files);

2. Changing the test scores without authorization;

3. Taking advantage of the examination work, asking for bribes and engaging in malpractices for personal gain;

4. Stealing test papers and answers for trading;

5 instigating, conniving and instigating the examination staff to relax the examination discipline, resulting in disorder and serious cheating in the examination room;

6. Taking advantage of authority to cover up cheating or coerce others to cheat;

7. Violating the personal rights of examination staff and students by means of strike, revenge, frame-up or threat.

Chapter XII Others

Article 77 According to the arrangement and needs of the examination, the security department, logistics department and other departments should make good preparations for the safety of the examination room and the maintenance of basic facilities before the examination, so that the facilities are intact, the examination room is quiet and orderly, and the power supply is guaranteed. When necessary, electricians, medical personnel and security personnel should be sent on duty.

Article 78 The person in charge of opening (closing) the examination room must open (close) the door on time.

Article 79 The department in charge of health management of the examination room and related areas shall urge relevant personnel to clean it in time, increase the number of cleaning personnel and cleaning times when necessary, and ensure the cleanliness of the examination room and related areas.

Article 80 These Provisions shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. If the previous provisions are inconsistent with these provisions, these provisions shall prevail, and these provisions shall apply to all students studying in China.

Article 81 The Academic Affairs Office shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Provisions.
