The factors affecting the quality of teachers include the following aspects: (1) The professional quality of health care teachers needs to be improved. In some schools, health care teachers are only graduates from secondary vocational schools or people with teacher qualification certificates in other majors, which is seriously detrimental to the realization of high-quality classrooms. (2) The salary level of preschool teachers is low. For preschool teachers, the salary level can't meet the needs of teachers. On the one hand, the value of teachers is not reflected, on the other hand, teachers feel that they are too tired to get their due rewards every day, and even lose their bonuses because they are late, which will seriously hinder teachers from devoting themselves to teaching. (3) Teachers' teaching concepts are outdated.
(1) Improve the quality of kindergarten education. Education protection has two aspects. The so-called protection is to protect children's health, prevent diseases and understand their healthy development from the management of their lives. The so-called teaching is to cultivate children's good life and study habits from education, thus promoting their good development. Therefore, in the teaching process, we should choose appropriate teaching methods and build a diversified evaluation system to improve the quality of kindergarten education, and then make corresponding contributions to the improvement of kindergarten education quality. (2) The change of teaching thought. Thought is the premise of action, and the idea of keeping pace with the times is closely related to high-quality management. Therefore, under the quality education, as teachers, we should abandon the traditional thinking of caring for children, dig deep into the value of early childhood education, take the healthy development of children as the guiding ideology, and do a good job in improving the quality of early childhood management. Therefore, when teaching or managing, the medical team should realize the importance of early childhood education ideologically, so as to ensure the children's greater development in a relaxed and harmonious classroom. (3) Diversity of teaching methods. Teaching method is an important factor that directly affects efficient classroom and plays a very important role in improving the quality of preschool education. Therefore, we should give up the simple didactic teaching mode, let children develop good study and living habits in a relaxed environment, and lay a solid foundation for their sound development. Asking children to sing and wash their hands before washing their hands not only deepens their impression, but also plays an important role in developing good habits of hygiene. For another example, in the process of teaching mathematics, I organized a hug activity. First, let the children form a circle, and then walk around. When the teacher calls that number, several children will hug each other, and those who don't get it will be eliminated. For example, when shouting 3, three children in each group hug together, and those who hug more or less will be eliminated. In this activity, children not only learned to count, but also played an important role in stimulating their interest in learning. In short, in the process of early childhood education, teachers should use diversified teaching methods to stimulate children's interest in learning and use lively classroom atmosphere to improve children's participation. (4) Construction of evaluation system. As an important part of classroom teaching, evaluation can not only improve the quality of preschool education, but also play a very important role in cultivating children's interest in learning and establishing learning confidence. As we often say, good children are praised, and timely and positive evaluation by teachers and parents will make children develop well in a harmonious classroom environment. Therefore, as teachers, we should capture the bright spots of children in time and evaluate them, which can not only narrow the distance between children and teachers, but also lay a solid foundation for children to participate in teaching activities with a positive attitude. Under the quality-oriented education, in order to really improve the quality of teachers, we should first start from kindergarten teachers themselves, improve teachers' enthusiasm and correct teachers' attitude through training or some external aspects. Only in this way can kindergarten teachers really enter kindergarten education, study kindergarten classes wholeheartedly, and finally lay a solid foundation for the healthy growth and all-round development of children.
