On April 19, Shandong Provincial Department of Education issued a notice on doing a good job in the pilot work of comprehensive evaluation of enrollment in ordinary undergraduate colleges in 20021year. There will be 1 1 undergraduate colleges in Shandong this year, an increase over last year.

The major of enrollment is determined by the factors such as professional advantages, teaching staff, development goals and so on. In principle, it is arranged in a major with obvious characteristics and outstanding advantages. The enrollment plan shall be determined by the pilot colleges and universities independently within the scale of comprehensive evaluation pilot enrollment approved by the competent department of colleges and universities. The unfinished comprehensive evaluation enrollment plan can be transferred to the unified enrollment plan of the school in that year.
