The continuing education of passenger transport qualification certificate includes road transport related policies and regulations, professional ethics, transport safety, energy saving and emission reduction, etc. The continuing education of road transport drivers is mainly organized by road transport enterprises, and the road transport management institutions at or above the county level shall put it on record. The continuing education of unqualified transport enterprises and individual transport drivers shall be undertaken by other continuing education institutions. Continuing education also includes the following forms:

(1) Continuing education organized by a licensed road transport driver qualification training institution;

(two) the network distance continuing education filed by the Ministry of Transport or the provincial department in charge of transportation;

(three) other forms of continuing education recognized by the provincial road transport management institution.

Provisions on continuing education of road transport.

"Measures for the Continuing Education of Road Transport Drivers" Article 16 The road transport management institution shall strengthen the inspection of the continuing education of road transport drivers and include the participation in continuing education in the credit assessment. Road transport enterprises and individual transport operators shall urge the road transport drivers they employ to participate in continuing education.

Seventeenth continuing education institutions should establish student training files, the continuing education training plan, continuing education teachers and students registration form into the file management, and accept the supervision and inspection of road transport management institutions.
