Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of kindergarten fees, standardize kindergarten fees, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of educated people and kindergartens, in accordance with the Price Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Promotion of Private Education, and the Implementation Regulations of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Promotion of Private Education,

These measures are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Kindergartens and other laws and regulations, the Opinions of the State Council on the Current Development of Preschool Education, and the Notice of the Ministry of Education and Finance of the National Development and Reform Commission on Printing and Distributing the Interim Measures for the Administration of Kindergarten Fees (NDRC Price [201] No.3207).

Article 2 These Measures shall apply to all public and private full-time, boarding, half-day kindergartens and pre-schools affiliated to primary schools (hereinafter referred to as kindergartens) within the administrative area of this province. ?

Article 3 Preschool education belongs to non-compulsory education, and kindergarten fees are subject to unified management at the provincial level. Kindergartens can charge nursery education fees (hereinafter referred to as "education fees"), accommodation fees, service fees and agency fees. ?

Education fee refers to the fees charged by kindergartens for providing children with conservation education services. ?

Accommodation fee refers to the fees charged by boarding kindergartens to children who voluntarily stay in the park by providing accommodation conditions. The expenses incurred by kindergartens in providing lunch breaks for children in the park are included in the education fee, and there is no additional accommodation fee. ?

Service fee refers to the expenses incurred by kindergartens to provide services that parents can choose voluntarily for children in the park. The fee includes meals.
