Anhui Zhongao Institute of Science and Technology is a public institution of higher learning under the Science and Technology Department of Anhui Province.
From 65438 to 0998, Zhang Ping, executive vice governor of Anhui Province, led a government delegation to visit Australia and signed a cooperation agreement on science, technology and education with the Western Australian government in Perth. Anhui Science and Technology Training Center and TAFE, the central government of Western Australia, jointly established Anhui Sino-Australian College of Science and Technology Continuing Education.
In 2000, as a professional teaching point of Anhui University, it began to recruit students for general higher education. In June 2003, with the approval of Anhui Provincial People's Government, it was reported to the Ministry of Education for the record, and Anhui Sino-Australian Vocational College of Science and Technology was established on the basis of Anhui Science and Technology Training Center (founded in 1984) and Anhui Computing Center (founded in 1979). 20 10- 12, the college successfully passed the talent training evaluation organized by Anhui Provincial Department of Education.
The College is located in the downtown area of Hefei (No.312 Suixi Road, Luyang District, Hefei), on the Li Si River at the intersection of the West 1st Ring Road and the North 1st Ring Road, with beautiful environment, convenient transportation and convenient life. The college has advanced teaching equipment and complete living and sports facilities. There are five teaching departments: Information Engineering and Art Design Department, International Business Department, Management Department, Foundation Department and Ideological and Political Department.
There are 46 majors in 9 categories, such as civil construction, equipment manufacturing, transportation, electronic information, finance and trade, tourism, culture and art, education and sports, public management and service, among which 7 majors, such as business English, flight attendant, tourism management, e-commerce, software technology, network technology and advertising design and production, are provincial-level specialty.
Tourism management and e-commerce are two high-level vocational majors, and hotel management, computer network technology, business English and flight attendant are the four key majors in the innovative development action plan. There are more than 4,000 full-time students, more than 2 10 faculty members, more than 40 senior titles, nearly 80% master students, more than 30% double-qualified teachers, and 3-5 foreign teachers who teach all the year round.
