Cai Zhi,No. Yiquan, born in 1963, graduated from Guangxi Arts University with a bachelor's degree in fine arts education and a master's degree in discipline theory (fine arts education) from Guangxi Normal University. He studied under Professor Huang Gesheng, a famous painter, and Professor Jiang Baolin, an advanced seminar of China Painting Academy. At present, he is a professor of Guangxi Art College, tutor of master students, vice president of Film and Television College, vice president of Adult Education College, member of Guangxi Youth Committee, executive director of Lijiang Painting School Academic Committee, member of China Artists Association and member of Guangxi Calligraphers Association.

Engaged in higher art education for more than 20 years. He mainly studies the teaching and creation of Chinese painting, and is good at teaching and creation of Chinese painting flowers and birds and landscape painting. His works have been selected for many national and provincial art exhibitions and won awards. He has published more than 500 works and papers in Fine Arts, Rong Baozhai, China Painting and Calligraphy, Friends of Fine Arts, Art Exploration, Fine Arts, China Culture Newspaper, Contemporary Painters, Real Estate and Art, China and other journals. Shandong TV station filmed Cai Zhi, a flower and bird painter, and made a special report. His works have been exhibited by national and provincial museums, governments at all levels, art institutions, enterprises and private collections, and his personal achievements have been included in dictionaries of various cultural celebrities.

He has published several volumes of personal paintings such as Cai Zhi's Painting, Famous Painting-Cai Zhi's Freehand Flowers and Birds, and Cai Zhi's Chinese Painting.
