The Criminal Law Amendment (IX) adds that it is a crime to finance terrorist organizations, individuals who commit terrorist activities, or to train themselves for terrorist activities, and to recruit and transport personnel for terrorist organizations, terrorist activities or terrorist activities training; It is a crime to clearly stipulate that preparing lethal weapons or dangerous goods for terrorist activities, organizing or actively participating in terrorist activities training, contacting foreign terrorist organizations and personnel, and planning or preparing for other terrorist activities.

Carrying out terrorist activities constitutes the crime of organizing, leading and participating in terrorist organizations, and providing assistance for terrorist training constitutes helping terrorist activities, and criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

According to Article 120 of the Criminal Law, anyone who organizes, leads, participates in or leads a terrorist organization shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years or life imprisonment, and his property shall be confiscated; Those who actively participate shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years and fined; Other participants shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention, control or deprivation of political rights, and may also be fined.

Whoever commits the crime mentioned in the preceding paragraph and commits crimes such as murder, explosion and kidnapping shall be punished in accordance with the provisions on combined punishment for several crimes.

Article 121-A terrorist organization that provides financial support for terrorist activities, an individual who carries out terrorist activities, or subsidizes terrorist training shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years, criminal detention, public surveillance or deprivation of political rights, and shall also be fined; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years, and shall also be fined or confiscated.
