It is an international and high-standard cooking training school jointly founded by Shanghai Business Tourism School and Ribbon International Co., Ltd., and it is also the first Sino-foreign cooperative vocational training institution in China (hereinafter referred to as Shanghai Ribbon).
It took three years from the preparation of the school in 20 12 to the official opening of the school in 20 15. The school is located in Building 65438, Pudong South Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai 1. At present, the school has two majors, French cuisine and French dessert. The courses of each major are divided into three levels: junior, middle and senior, with a duration of 9 months. The enrolled students are 18 years old and above, and come from different industries and regions.
The French Academy of Blue Ribbon Cuisine was founded in Paris on 1895. It has 25 international schools in 15 countries with more than18,000 students. The school has more than 100 years of experience in running a school, and provides the most professional training in the fields of cooking, hotel and scenic area management, conference and festival management, hotel management and so on. Completing the certificate recognized by the cooking and catering industry is equivalent to getting an employment passport to work in the world.
In the process of degree education, the French Blue Ribbon Culinary Art Institute realized that it is necessary not only to ensure that its graduates are widely recognized and accepted in the global catering industry, but also to ensure that those who are interested in becoming managers of hotels and scenic spots, corporate consultants, entrepreneurs, conference and festival coordinators, teachers, catering marketers, researchers and cultural tourism managers become sought-after talents in all walks of life after training, and their qualifications are also widely recognized and accepted.
