Tourism service and management is a major of secondary vocational education in China. The training objectives of this major mainly include: making students master the basic knowledge and professional skills of tour guide service, grass-roots management of travel agencies and hotel service and management, and cultivating students' strong oral English and Chinese communication skills; Have good service consciousness, etiquette and strong adaptability.
