Second, the registration conditions
1. Persons who meet the national requirements for enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities in 2020 and meet one of the following conditions:
(1) graduated from senior secondary education school, obtained the certificate of national second-class athlete (inclusive) or above, and won the top six single events at or above the provincial level since July 20 17.
(2) Those who have graduated from senior secondary education with the same academic qualifications, obtained the certificate of national first-class athletes (inclusive) or above, and won the top eight individual events in national (or international) competitions since July 20 17.
2. Candidates who participate in the test of high-level sports teams should participate in the college entrance examination organized by the office of the Provincial College Admissions Committee where their household registration is located.
3. The sports items in the athletes' grade certificate held by the candidates should be consistent with the enrollment items of our school.
Candidates who apply for the exam with the same academic level must provide proof of study and transcripts with the same academic level as senior secondary education, and the provincial education administrative department will assist our school in qualification identification. Candidates with the same academic qualifications who have not passed the qualification examination are not allowed to apply.
Third, the registration method
1, online registration
From February 1 2020 to February 28, 2020, candidates will log on to the special enrollment registration platform (/zzbm/gspydbm/) and register online according to the online reporting instructions. Candidates who intend to apply for high-level sports teams in our school may not apply for high-level sports teams in more than three colleges and universities through special enrollment registration platforms. Candidates who apply for more than this number of institutions cannot apply for this type of enrollment in our school.
2, material upload
The school does not accept paper registration materials. Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of materials such as the Application Form for Registration of Guilin University of Electronic Technology's 2020 High-level Sports Team with the official seal of their school or unit, the Application Form for Printing Registration after Successful Online Registration of College Entrance Examination in 2020 with the official seal of their school or unit, athletes' grade certificate, relevant competition order book, relevant competition result certificate or award-winning certificate, and academic credentials (recent high school graduates provide proof materials with the seal of the school, and previous high school graduates provide high school diplomas) to the registration system. Candidates who apply for the exam with the same academic ability must also upload the study certificate and transcripts equivalent to senior secondary education and the scanned documents of the qualification documents of the provincial education administrative departments to the registration system. After the above materials are uploaded to the registration system, you must click "Finish Upload" to complete online registration. If the online registration is not completed as required or the materials are not up to standard, it will be deemed invalid.
3. Other explanations
(1) Candidates who take part in the entrance test of high-level sports teams in our school must buy "personal accident insurance" from the local insurance company during the test, and check the original insurance documents when reporting on site, otherwise they cannot take part in the test.
(2) Candidates must sign the Anti-Doping Commitment Letter for Candidates of High-level Sports Teams in 2020 with our school. Candidates who refuse to sign a letter of commitment or accept doping tests are deemed to have voluntarily waived their qualification for the examination. The expenses of those who fail the doping spot check shall be borne by the candidates themselves and will not be accepted.

The school will review the candidates' registration qualifications according to the relevant regulations and registration conditions of the Ministry of Education, and the list of candidates who have passed the qualification examination will be published on the Admissions Information Network of our school (/zs/) before March 8, 2020.

According to the test results of the candidates, the school selects the best candidates for our high-level sports teams. The number of qualified candidates publicized shall not exceed twice the enrollment plan of the high-level sports team of the school.
4. The list of qualified students will be published in the enrollment information network of our school and the sunshine college entrance examination information platform of the Ministry of Education within the time specified by the Ministry of Education.
Sixth, enrollment.
1. According to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, if the province of origin organizes the qualification examination for high-level athletes, the candidates must take the examination, and those who pass the examination can be selected into the final list of our high-level sports team.
2. Candidates must take the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities. First, I volunteered to fill in the college entrance examination and my cultural achievements reached the second batch of admission control scores of undergraduate students in my province of origin (or the reference admission control scores of high-level sports teams designated by my province of origin), and my school chose the best.
3. According to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, as long as the cultural score of the college entrance examination is not less than 65% of the second batch of undergraduate admission control scores (or the reference admission control scores of high-level sports teams designated by the province of origin), our school will select the best candidates. The number of such candidates to be admitted does not exceed 30% of the enrollment plan of China's high-level sports teams.
4. According to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, since 20 17, the experimental colleges and universities of high-level sports teams will no longer organize separate cultural examinations for candidates who have won the titles of first-class athletes, athletes and international athletes, and relevant candidates need to take separate cultural examinations for sports training, martial arts and national traditional sports organized by the State Sports General Administration. In 2020, the cultural examination will be held from April 18 to April 19, and the examination subjects will be Chinese, mathematics, politics and English. Relevant candidates should check in "China Sports Culture Education Network" or "Sports Education Alliance" from March/KLOC-0 to March 1 0, 2020.
After downloading the cultural examination scores of the independent entrance examination for high-level sports teams from China Athletes' Culture Education Network, our school will draw the qualified scores of our school's cultural examination according to the school-running orientation and training requirements provided by the relevant education entrance examination institutions and the distribution of candidates' scores, and publish the qualified scores of the cultural examination and the admitted candidates' scores on our school's enrollment information network and the sunshine college entrance examination platform of the Ministry of Education after mid-May. The number of such candidates to be admitted does not exceed 20% of the enrollment plan of high-level sports teams in China.
5. Enrollment of high-level sports teams in 2020: finance (professional enrollment, including accounting, financial management and financial engineering), business administration (professional enrollment, including marketing and human resource management), management science and engineering (professional enrollment, including industrial engineering, information management and information system, and e-commerce). Candidates with the above majors, liberal arts and comprehensive reform can apply for the exam.
6. According to the candidates' college entrance examination results and reported professional volunteers, our school will select the best candidates to study in the corresponding major. Seven. supervision mechanism
1, the enrollment leading group of high-level sports teams of Guilin University of Electronic Technology is fully responsible for the organization and leadership of enrollment of high-level sports teams; The discipline inspection department of the school participates in and supervises the recruitment process of high-level sports teams throughout the process; The school has set up an arbitration panel to handle disputes and complaints related to special tests in the enrollment of high-level sports teams. The list of candidates participating in the test and the list of qualified candidates will be publicized on the enrollment information network of our school.
2. After the new students enter the school, the school will organize a re-examination of their admission qualifications. Once the freshmen are found to have irregularities such as taking the test, illegal admission, impersonation, etc., they will all be disqualified from admission, will not be registered electronically, and will be reported to the relevant departments for investigation and accountability.
During school, students must participate in and complete the training and competition tasks of sports teams. Students who do not participate in the normal training of sports teams without reason are regarded as truancy and will be dealt with according to the regulations on student status management.
