Is it legal for the company to train employees after work?
Illegal. It is illegal for a company to take up off-the-job training for its employees. For the training conducted by taking advantage of the rest time after work every day, if it is completely decided according to the wishes of the employer whether employees must join the training, there is no special certificate for skills training fees, and there is no special agreement on how long the service responsibility of training opportunities corresponds. However, in order to create more economic benefits for themselves, it is purely the employer that requires employees to provide more skills and services in their posts, which is more conducive to the company's operation and management. It should be regarded as an overtime management time of the company, and employees can request to be handled according to the overtime system.
