All along, schools want to cultivate students with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor. However, when I was in primary school and middle school, our art, calligraphy and music classes were always ignored because they were advertised as so-called minor subjects. When we meet the exam, our classes are always occupied by the so-called Chinese, math and English subjects, and we don't make up lessons afterwards because it's not important?
Aesthetic education has two important concepts, such as art and aesthetics, as shown in the name of the course. There are various artistic forms, including painting, calligraphy, sculpture, music, dance, drama and so on.
Actually, art is in a broad sense. Art exists in all walks of life. Art comes from life and is the crystallization of human inspiration and wisdom. Aesthetics is to cultivate our aesthetic ability, have eyes to discover beauty, and then participate in artistic creation.
At all times, the pursuit of beauty and the exploration of art have never stopped. From the ornaments of the Stone Age, to the later blue-and-white porcelain, and then to the Apple mobile phone, which is popular all over the world because of its strict pursuit of beauty, it embodies human creation of art.
Once in class, the teacher said that the contribution of aesthetics to science should not be ignored. Those formulas may not be correct at first, but they must be beautiful. I feel the great contribution of aesthetics to the progress of human civilization.
I learned the course of art and aesthetics and broke my cognitive defect. In the past, it was narrowly believed that only people engaged in design and art needed aesthetic education, but in fact, everyone should accept aesthetic education. The feeling and understanding of beauty can stimulate our innovation and creativity.
From typesetting PPT to designing high-rise buildings, we need the creation of beauty. To do this, we need to consciously accept aesthetic education, improve our aesthetic ability, firmly grasp and act when inspiration comes, and create beautiful things.
For art, we can usually understand it from three levels:
First, from the spiritual level, art is regarded as a field of culture or a form of cultural value, alongside religion, philosophy and ethics.
The second is to understand art from the level of activity process, and think that art is an artist's self-expression, creative activity or imitation of reality.
Third, from the level of activity results, art is considered as a work of art, and the objective existence of art is emphasized.
It is generally believed that art is a way for people to grasp the real world, and artistic activities are a spiritual practice for people to grasp the objective objects intuitively and integrally, and on this basis, create artistic images in the form of symbols.
Finally, it appears in the form of works of art, not only because of the artist's understanding and reflection of the objective world, but also because of subjective factors such as the artist's own feelings, ideals and values. It is a spiritual product.
