1 the purpose and motivation of this part-time job

College life has given me time and space to fully develop myself. I have less academic burden in the first semester, so I can set aside more free time on the premise of completing my academic tasks. I want to use these leisure time to participate in some social practice activities, broaden my horizons and tap my potential. Part-time jobs also have some income. On the one hand, they reduce the financial burden for their families, on the other hand, they also want to experience the sense of accomplishment and satisfaction of making money to support themselves. Just like there are suitable positions and opportunities, the idea of why not give it a try makes me itch to try. One more experience, one more gain, in short, is to try something that has never been tried.

2 the feeling of promotion and gain

I have been doing this part-time job for nearly four months. From the strict interview, I have a real feeling of being tested, because other part-time job processes are just registration-interview-training-appointment, which is completed in a hurry and I am not proficient in learning. Hisense's interview after registration is extremely strict, which is divided into initial test and second test. "No one has ever been here" is the senior's evaluation of the interview process as an intermediary. Training and internship are carried out according to formal steps. Although I have been around many times, I still feel that my efforts are very valuable. The leaders enthusiastically devoted themselves to the guidance and visited the supermarket during the internship and attachment. I have to admire their earnest spirit! It also gave me a taste of the rigorous style of leading by example and being meticulous.

In the process of promotion, I patiently explained to customers and answered their questions attentively. The transaction of each refrigerator embodies the wisdom and tacit cooperation of temporary promotion and active promotion, which makes me feel the spirit of teamwork. In my personal explanation, I learned to communicate effectively with customers and mastered the methods and skills of trading with buyers as sellers.

The process of clinching a deal is really not easy, but after several days of practice and actual combat, I am basically familiar with the process of clinching a deal, and I can achieve a satisfactory clinching rate in one go. From shouting slogans over and over again, giving a welcome speech to every customer who passed by the booth, to leading customers to understand the products and facilitate the transaction, to invoicing, payment, leaving messages on both sides, to giving gifts and lottery, to leading customers to receive discounts in the mall ... I was so tired that I ran up and down, panting, but when I said goodbye to customers, I still couldn't help laughing and saying to myself: Well done! "

In the process of part-time promotion, we should not only fulfill the obligation of being a qualified salesman, but also achieve the degree that everything has a set. During my internship, I distributed leaflets and shouted slogans in the scorching sun; After taking up their posts, several little girls carried the refrigerator and moved the gifts from the courtyard to the second floor together ... not only their brains were not simple, but also their limbs were developed! This time, I really experienced the hardships of a front-line job, honed my will and worked really hard. Stand for a whole day until your back is sore and your stomach is hungry. Drink water in one minute at the designated place, and eat three times, five times and twice. When I see that I can't sit in a chair, I can only squat and stand up to rest when I explain ... Although I am used to it, it is a challenge and difficulty for us students who are new here and used to enjoying life. It's really hard to do a part-time job for the first time, and it's not easy to stick to it. So I always encourage myself proudly and tell myself that this experience is very precious and should be treasured in my memory.

3 Rational thinking

First of all, no matter what position you want to compete for, you must be confident and natural first. Although appearance is not the core factor that determines the success of an interview, the first impression is particularly important in the process of job hunting. Tell yourself: I can do it!

Secondly, talk appropriately, neither showing the edge nor keeping a low profile. Give full play to the correspondence between your major and the position you are seeking, but be pragmatic and honest. Exaggerated quotation without losing time is also a good method and skill.

There are two points that need special attention:

Don't fight an unprepared war. Before applying for a job, you should have a comprehensive understanding of the position you want and be prepared to introduce yourself in the interview. Relevant questions should also be prepared in advance, and you can consult your predecessors and collect information comprehensively. Not only should you be prepared before applying for a job, but you should also be prepared after applying for a job successfully. Before taking up the post, you should be psychologically prepared for the work you do: be prepared for hardship, be patient and meticulous, and be prepared for trouble.

Positive and correct work attitude, once you have self-knowledge or are pointed out mistakes, correct them in time. You may delay, but time will not. If you can't do it well, some people will do it, especially newcomers.

4 performance summary

During the whole part-time job, I feel basically satisfied. Perseverance is good and gains a lot. After all, society is different from campus, and there is more competition and cruelty, which enhances my sense of competition and self-development.

At the same time, there are still some unsatisfactory places. It's unfair to arrange the distribution of leaflets on the first day of internship. I asked the sales manager how the infield work went to the outfield. He told me that employees have to procrastinate on everything, but there is nothing impossible with different division of labor. He also said that if you think about it, you can continue to do it. After I figured it out, I corrected my attitude and went to work. On the first day of internship, the overwork made me a little uncomfortable, and I was scolded for standing in the wrong position. I realized that I needed to stick to my work. Of course I can do what others can do.

In short, except for the initial adaptation problems, the rest of the performance is still good. Being able to stand out from so many competitors proves my strength, which is already a great progress, and my performance after taking office is also a huge breakthrough compared with myself. Four months of part-time practice has benefited me a lot and benefited me for life.
