The old man in Bianfu thought this jiaozi was delicious, and the stuffing was fat, tender, fragrant, soft and not greasy, so he humbly asked his family for advice. Seeing that the old man was honest, the master told him the secret. It turned out that in order to make the old lady comfortable, the family cooked the stuffing in a pot and wrapped it up. The jiaozi made in this way is fragrant, soft and not so greasy. With this in mind, Bian Fu later moved to the bank of Xiaojinqiao moat outside Xiaodongmen, Shenyang, where he settled down, built a small house with a horse frame and opened the "Old Corner Pavilion".
