Compensation for work-related injuries includes:

(1) Medical expenses: The expenses required for work-related injury treatment meet the standards of work-related injury insurance diagnosis and treatment items, work-related injury insurance drugs items and work-related injury insurance hospitalization services. Legal basis: Paragraph 3 of Article 29 of the Regulations on Industrial Injury Insurance.

(2) Hospitalization food allowance: 70% of the food allowance standard for business trip of this unit. Legal basis: Article 29 (4) of the Regulations on Industrial Injury Insurance.

(3) Transportation expenses, room and board expenses: the food subsidy standard for employees of this unit on business trip. Legal basis: Article 29 (4) of the Regulations on Industrial Injury Insurance.

(4) Rehabilitation expenses: expenses for treating work-related injuries that meet the standards of work-related injury insurance diagnosis and treatment items, work-related injury insurance drugs and work-related injury insurance hospitalization services. Legal basis: Paragraph 6 of Article 29 of the Regulations on Industrial Injury Insurance.

(5) Expenses for assistive devices: the quota standards for assistive devices for work-related injuries in all provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government. Legal basis: Article 30 of the Regulations on Industrial Injury Insurance.
