I don't know much about this problem. Literally, it is a paper published on a poster, or a paper on a poster. As for the first requirement, the language is not as rigid as a formal paper, and the language focuses more on idioms to facilitate readers' content and life-related to reach a certain readership. The second requirement is not clear.
