1. Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University
Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University was founded on 1927. Its predecessor was National Central University Medical College, which was the first national university medical college founded by China. From 65438 to 0932, the Medical College of National Central University became the only national medical college in China at that time. 1939, after the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War, the college moved to Kunming, Yunnan; 1940 moved to Chongqing, Sichuan. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, the college moved back to Shanghai, and 1952 was renamed Shanghai First Medical College. 1985, Shanghai First Medical College was named Shanghai Medical University.
Second, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine
The Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University was founded by the people of China, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. It was rated as "Project 2 1 1", "Project 985" and "Double First Class" and was selected as the first batch of "Excellent" in China.
Third, Tongji University School of Medicine
Tongji University has a long history of medical education. German Medical College, founded in 1907, is the beginning of Tongji medical specialty and the embryonic form of Tongji University. After a hundred years of vicissitudes, at the beginning of the new century, medicine once again took root in Tongji University, and based on the former Medical College of Shanghai Railway University, Tongji University Medical College was established.

The Second Military Medical University of China People's Liberation Army (hereinafter referred to as the Second Military Medical University), the national "2 1 1 Project", the military "2 1 10 Project" and the former General Logistics Department "530 Project" are the key construction institutions. The first batch of national "double-first-class" world-class discipline construction universities and military key postgraduate training institutions are one of the three units that set up graduate schools in the military, the first batch of doctoral and master's degree awarding units in China and the first batch of universities that offer eight-year medical education.
It was selected into the "Excellent Doctoral Education Training Program" of the Ministry of Education, the national postgraduate program for building high-level universities, the national life science and technology talent training base, and the foreign military medical student training base. Affiliated hospitals in Shanghai include Shanghai Changhai Hospital, Shanghai Changzheng Hospital, Dongfang Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital and Gong Li Hospital in Pudong New Area.

Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was founded in 1956, referred to as "Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine". It is one of the earliest Chinese medicine colleges established in China after the birth of New China. It is the first college of traditional Chinese medicine jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the local government.
