Due to the imperfect market mechanism of human resources in China, all parties concerned have insufficient understanding of college students' employment and their role has not been brought into full play, which is even more prominent. At the same time, with the deepening of personnel system reform, it also puts forward newer and higher requirements for the responsibilities and functions of employment guidance for college graduates. How to adapt to the new situation and new requirements, build a new employment guidance system for college graduates, rationally allocate graduate resources, guide and help graduates to choose jobs smoothly, give full play to the role of college graduates as knowledge groups in national construction, and make them give full play to their talents.

1 Current situation of employment guidance for college students

At present, the employment guidance for college students in China is still in its infancy. Judging from the years' practice of employment guidance in colleges and universities in developed countries and China's experience in recent years, employment guidance generally includes the following three aspects: First, the specific introduction of occupations.
