Li's characters experience
Professor Li is self-taught and has a solid theoretical foundation and a high academic level. He has a broad vision, and his research fields involve China's philosophy, Taoism, Bashu culture, religion, culture, science and technology, art, especially Taoism. He is a first-class scholar in the field of Taoism and has considerable influence in the world. He has cooperated with Professor Hiya Bangfu of Tokyo University in Japan, Professor Maigu Bangfu of Kyoto University in Japan, Professor Fu of French Far East College, Professor Hua Lan, Professor Chang Zhijing of Humboldt University in Germany and Professor Ann Paul of University of Hawaii in the United States, and participated in many international cooperation humanities projects. His achievements have been praised by international sinologists. He has visited Japan, France, Europe, Hong Kong and Taiwan for more than 20 times, participated in international academic seminars and held academic lectures.

Since 1985 was elected as a member of the Sichuan Provincial Political Consultative Conference, he has served as a member of the sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth sessions, actively participated in the discussion of state affairs, and made certain contributions to assisting the work of the Party and the government and promoting local economic and cultural development.
