On the Ideological and Political Work of Trade Unions in Enterprises in the New Period

Ideological and political work is an important work in the construction of enterprise culture. Ideological and political work is nothing new now. Any organization should strengthen ideological and political construction while doing a good job in front-line production. Trade union is an important subject of ideological and political work in enterprises. How to do well the ideological and political work of employees.

1 It is necessary to accurately locate the main functions of trade unions in actual ideological and political work.

As a mass organization, under the leadership of the Party branch, the trade union's work content and objectives are highly consistent with the party and government construction, and it works closely around the center of "serving economic construction" to play a role in promoting and safeguarding. The ideological and political work of employees should permeate the whole process of production and operation, and correctly understand the main role between employees and enterprises in order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work.

1. 1 Change the wrong understanding and take responsibility bravely.

In the long-term ideological and political work of enterprise employees, some of our trade union cadres may think that the duty of enterprise political workers is to do a good job in ideological and political work, and the job of trade unions is to organize some activities and distribute some benefits. In fact, it is an effective form of ideological and political work to carry out colorful mass cultural and sports activities, refine and publicize corporate culture and shape entrepreneurship, and its core role cannot be underestimated. Therefore, trade union workers at all levels should raise their awareness, shine and be brave in taking responsibility.

1.2 Trade unions should actively play the role of bridges and ties.

In the actual ideological and political work, trade unions in enterprises should accurately position themselves, play a supporting role, do a good job in propaganda, and actively play the role of bridge and link. We should be active and responsible for our work, often go deep into the masses, get to know them, help them solve problems and contradictions in real life and work, eliminate their ideological concerns, guide and educate the broad masses of workers, highly unify personal life goals with enterprise development goals, create conditions, provide opportunities, show their personal abilities, and jointly promote organizational development.

1.3 Be a good defender of rights and be a caring person for employees.

Trade unions in enterprises should actively organize employees to study the Constitution, the General Principles of the Civil Law, the Law on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests and other basic national laws, and at the same time learn other laws and regulations on protecting employees, protecting women's rights and interests, safeguarding the interests of enterprises and employees, enhancing their awareness of law and discipline, being a good employee and consciously safeguarding the law. At the same time, in the face of various contradictions in enterprises, we should seek truth from facts, do practical things and do good things for employees fairly and openly, pay attention to and solve the practical difficulties and problems of employees in time, and be the strong backing of employees.

2. Trade unions in enterprises should be far-sighted and clear about the objectives of ideological and political work.

In the actual ideological and political work, enterprise trade unions should have clear work objectives, realize zero-distance contact between trade unions and employees, and give full play to the advantages and characteristics of the organization. Trade unions should carry out effective ideological and political work, mobilize and give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of workers, and train cadres and workers into fighting collectives with high political quality, excellent ideological quality and strict work discipline. At the same time, trade unions should actively go deep into front-line workers, get to know them, help them solve contradictions and practical difficulties, listen to their voices and voices, and serve them sincerely. 4. Pay attention to the actual effect of work

4.2 Must meet the needs of the broad masses of workers.

The success of workers' ideological and political work is inseparable from the correct mass line. No matter what the content of ideological education is, its forms and methods must be suitable for grassroots cadres and the masses. Adhere to widely publicize the Party branch's implementation and interpretation of the Group's policies, promote the correct orientation of enterprise reform and development, vigorously publicize the thoughts and behaviors of advanced model figures, guide employees to establish and consolidate the spirit of ownership, and boost their morale and confidence.

4.3 Efforts should be made to improve the ideological awareness and theoretical and policy level of trade union cadres.

The problems that employees are confused and don't understand are all policy issues, which need to be thoroughly understood by trade union cadres first. Trade union cadres should constantly learn new theories, keep pace with the times, adapt to the new situation, master and apply relevant policies to explain and publicize employees, pay attention to working methods, change their work style, persist in going out, keep abreast of the ideological trends of employees, exercise and improve themselves in practical work, change working methods and means, and strive to achieve practical results.

(2) Caring for employees' lives, accurately carrying out activities to help the poor in send warm, and insisting on visiting the grassroots on New Year's Eve every year.

(3) Do a good job of psychological care and counseling for employees. Further construction of EAP psychological counseling center within the enterprise, comprehensive promotion of employee psychological counseling, detailed establishment of employee psychological files, and the inclusion of employee psychological intervention and heart-to-heart talks in enterprise party building, so as to realize "integrating psychological resources and winning a better future" in the corporate vision.

6. Take various activities as the carrier, and give full play to the position advantages of trade unions.

In enterprises, various staff activity rooms, libraries, reading rooms, staff homes and staff activity positions extend to various projects. These places are not only places for leisure, but also places for workers' education and study, and positions for trade unions to carry out ideological and political work. Trade unions can use these resources to carry out ideological and political education, carry out staff training, publicize and commend the advanced, and carry out reading activities for the whole people. It is an effective way for trade unions to combine ideological and political work and improve the comprehensive quality of employees by constantly carrying out the activities of "creating learning enterprises and striving to be knowledge-based talents" and encouraging employees to learn for life.

7. Constantly innovate methods in the process of ideological and political work of employees.

First, the improvement of ideological and political quality should be included in the target management of enterprises, including the entry, promotion, rewards and punishments of employees, which will become an important indicator of assessment. Employees with low ideological awareness and poor political awareness will affect their future career; The second is to cultivate advanced models. In the selection of typical trees, we should be performance-oriented, advanced and contemporary, and create a group of grassroots advanced figures who are loyal to their duties, willing to contribute and brave in innovation. In the typical propaganda, we should dig deep into his touching deeds, publicize through multiple channels and forms, give full play to the power of example, and condense the entrepreneurial spirit.

7.2 Using information management platform to strengthen ideological and political education

The ideological and political work of enterprise trade unions should be meticulous and practical, and there should be a specific innovation carrier as an operating platform.

First, we should do a good job in a new visual education platform. Including the use of party bulletin boards, publicity columns, wall advertisements and other forms to promote ideological and political orientation, promote party and government construction, and accept the supervision of all employees.

The second is to build a platform for corporate culture innovation. The platform of enterprise culture construction provides a new carrier, promotes ideological and political work and ensures the smooth development of enterprise culture construction. Many contents of enterprise culture construction, such as enterprise spirit, enterprise concept, ethics and value orientation, are superimposed on ideological and political work. It is necessary to further make good use of internal publications, publicize enterprise trends, and carry forward enterprise culture.

In short, in the new era of enterprise reform and development, trade unions should not only fully inherit the fine traditions and valuable experience of the Party, but also look forward to the future, be brave in innovation, and explore the key points and difficulties of ideological and political work with a strong sense of responsibility and mission, rigorous scientific spirit and pragmatic attitude. Only in this way can ideological and political work be implemented, become a political advantage, and finally promote the steady development of enterprises.
