This "80-minute life lesson" takes learning plans as the teaching carrier, takes cultivating students' thinking as the core, takes improving classroom efficiency as the foothold, and takes "two stages and six steps" as the basic framework to guide students to "be independent, cooperate and explore". The "three-round education" project was solidly promoted. Through the education system with inspirational education as the core and paying equal attention to responsibility education and formative education, students' strong will has been honed, their sense of responsibility for themselves, the people and society has been enhanced, and students have been helped to form a good habit of lifelong benefit.
