It depends on the environment where the "bottom line" is used. If it refers to the bottom line of the account book or the profit and loss settlement line of the account book, the bottom line should be used.

Example: 500 dollars is my bottom line for selling this car.

But if you mean tolerance or restriction, then use restriction.

Example: that's the limit ([mouth] this is really too much, almost unbearable)
