Enterprises need to effectively integrate financial data and business data when implementing ERP. After business information is input into the system, financial information can be generated in real time and accurately, and the unification of logistics and capital flow can be realized. If the business process can't be reorganized or optimized, and the process can't meet the requirements of standardization, the advanced concept of ERP can't be fully displayed, its due efficiency can't be brought into play, and it's just a simple application of the software system. Therefore, reorganizing or optimizing the accounting process according to the business process is an essential and important link in the implementation of ERP. This paper studies the core link of enterprise operation, that is, the flow process of materials and information in the supply chain, and the method of realizing the automatic conversion of business information and financial information by ERP system. On this basis, designing the optimization strategy of accounting business process under ERP environment is the problem to be solved in this paper. Design of accounting business process optimization technology in ERP environment. ERP system consists of several modules, and its processing process is synchronized with logistics. Every link of enterprise production is accompanied by logistics and information flow. In logistics, all kinds of documents are synchronously input into ERP system and transmitted to financial subsystem, which automatically generates the data needed for query and management decision.
