Twenty projects initiated by China and Shandong Province, such as "New Technology for Dry-wet Production of Insoluble Sulfur from Coal-bearing Pyrite Mine" and "Comprehensive Evaluation and Research on Technical Progress of Xinwen Mining Group Company", won 8 provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological progress awards and 12 prefectural-level scientific and technological progress awards. He has published 26 papers in provincial-level and above sci-tech journals such as Coal Science and Technology and Journal of Geotechnical Engineering, and has been awarded honorary titles such as outstanding scientific and technological workers of Xinwen Mining Group, top-notch technical talents, innovative experts in Tai 'an City, technical innovative talents in Shandong Province, model worker of coal system in Shandong Province, and national science and technology award for young people.
