The delusion of ruling Korea

Take a series of tough attitudes towards North Korea.

For example, regarding the wages of workers in North Korea's development zones, South Korea unilaterally sent balloons to vilify North Korean leaders, and there were military exercises that were several times more frequent than before. In particular, it recently joined the Proliferation Security Initiative in an attempt to "inspect" North Korea's maritime transport vessels with international law without any reason but "suspicion". This increasingly arrogant provocation has constantly triggered extremism in North Korea. Recently, North Korea started a nuclear test and missile launch for self-defense. North Korea doesn't want war, and no one wants war more, but a provocateur keeps provoking, who can stand it? What the international community has seen is only one-sided propaganda in the West. It has only seen North Korea launch missiles. Why can't it see the villain behavior in Korea?
