According to the overall guiding ideology of Southeast University to cultivate high-quality innovative talents with international vision, bioengineering specialty has built a personalized training mode for outstanding bioengineering talents. On the basis of interactive teaching mode, multi-level bilingual teaching, "menu-style" innovative experimental courses, the implementation of the course director system, hiring well-known domestic professors and experts to teach, holding high-level academic lectures and other teaching modes, we should teach students in accordance with their aptitude and take the following measures to ensure the full implementation of personalized training mode:

1, the "double tutorial system" is implemented. Students in grades 1~2 are equipped with study tutors, and students in grades 3~4 are equipped with research tutors. The study tutors are mainly responsible for the guidance and care of students' life and study; Scientific research instructors are responsible for cultivating students' innovative thinking and scientific research quality. The research-oriented tutor group consists of young teachers, and the research-oriented tutor group consists of professional teachers above associate professor. No matter whether it is a learning or research tutor, you can apply freely and choose in two directions, and implement a personalized and "one-on-one" training model throughout the process.

2. Carry out the SRTP project and formulate the training plan for outstanding students in the hospital: guide students to participate in the SRTP project and extracurricular scientific research projects according to their hobbies and abilities, and equip them with scientific research instructors. Formulate the training plan for outstanding students, attract outstanding students to directly enter the professor's research team, and participate in project declaration, experimental design, experimental research, experimental report, paper writing and other links. Let outstanding students enter the hall of scientific research in advance.

3. Implementing the exchange and training plan for outstanding students at home and abroad. Through the inter-school exchange and training plan for outstanding students, we sent outstanding students to Zhejiang University and other schools for exchange and training in bioengineering, which broadened students' horizons and enriched the training mode of this major. In the future, we will send more outstanding students for short-term exchange training; We will also actively create conditions to send outstanding students to famous foreign universities for exchange visits, broaden students' international horizons, and prepare to accept domestic and foreign students to exchange and study in our college.

4. The core of "Industry-University-Research Integration" training mode education is to serve the society, and students' future should face the society. On the basis of the construction of scientific research practice base, we should actively strengthen the contact and cooperation with the base, hire R&D talents from the base as part-time teachers of bioengineering, speed up the transfer and practical application of scientific research achievements in our institute, strive to become the research base of enterprises, and improve the training mode of "Industry-University-Research integration".
