Ma Xiaojie's resume
Ma Xiaojie, male, Ph.D. candidate, Graduate School of China Academy of Sciences, lecturer of Zhejiang Institute of Architecture, member of theoretical and applied mechanics Society of China, and member of China Society of Rock Mechanics and Engineering.

In July 2006, he graduated from the Graduate School of China Academy of Sciences with a master's degree in engineering. In 2006, he began to teach in Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Architecture. In 2008, he was admitted to the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences, where he studied under researcher Ma Wei, director of the State Key Laboratory of Frozen Soil Engineering of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and began to study for a doctorate. He has presided over four scientific research projects, including the State Key Laboratory of Frozen Soil Engineering of Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Construction Department of Zhejiang Province, and participated in the National Natural Science Foundation projects, key international cooperation projects of Chinese Academy of Sciences, major knowledge innovation projects of Chinese Academy of Sciences, important directional projects of knowledge innovation projects of Chinese Academy of Sciences, scientific and technological development projects of Ministry of Railways and major projects of Zhejiang Province. Published papers 15 in Journal of Geotechnical Engineering, Journal of Rock Mechanics and Engineering, Rock Mechanics, China Railway Science and China Safety Science; Two invention patents, two utility model patents were authorized by China National Intellectual Property Administration, and three invention patents were accepted by China National Intellectual Property Administration. Participated in Zhejiang engineering construction standard "Technical Specification for Comprehensive Evaluation and Application of Shear Strength of Rock Mass Structural Plane" and solved two technical problems in indoor test of high temperature and high frozen soil: temperature control technology in creep test of high temperature frozen soil and sample preparation technology of high frozen soil. The solutions to these two technical problems and the correlation analysis between mechanical properties of high temperature and high frozen soil and unfrozen water content have been highly recognized by relevant experts in the State Key Laboratory of Frozen Soil Engineering. Under the leadership of Professor Du, he presided over the development of a large-scale direct shear test system for rock structural planes and achieved complete success. As the main participant of the project, Comprehensive Evaluation of Shear Strength of Rock Mass Structural Plane won the first prize of Zhejiang Science and Technology Award in 2007 (I ranked fourth), and Technical Specification for Application of Comprehensive Evaluation of Shear Strength of Rock Mass Structural Plane won the third prize of Science and Technology of Ministry of Construction (I ranked sixth).
