(2) Humidity: 1. In the mycelium growth stage, the water content of the alternative medium is about 55%; The relative humidity of the air should be 60-70% (high humidity can easily lead to mold epidemic).
2. The water content of the culture medium in the growth stage of fruiting body should be 55-60%. For example, at the fruiting stage, the water content is lower than 30% for a long time, and the fruiting body grows slowly or even stops developing. When the water content of mushroom barrel drops to 30% in the process of mushroom promotion, it should be soaked in water. In addition, after the fruiting body of Lentinus edodes is basically formed, it maintains the vitality of differentiation into mushroom buds within 3-5 days. During this period, if the water supply is insufficient, the fruiting body will basically die, and even if it is soaked in water again, it will not become a mushroom bud again. Therefore, attention should be paid to protecting the water in the mushroom tube during the mushroom promotion period, and the mushroom tube can be watered to replenish water when necessary. The suitable relative humidity of air is 85-90%, and it is most suitable to keep the relative humidity at 50-70% in the middle and late stage of fruiting body development, especially in the critical period of mushroom cultivation. But when the relative humidity is lower than 60% for a long time, a large number of diced mushrooms will be formed; If it is higher than 90% for a long time, diseases will often occur and mushrooms will rot.
(3) illumination: illumination is not needed for mycelium growth, and weak scattered light is better (beneficial to mushroom growth); In the growth stage of fruiting body, it is required to have enough scattered light when promoting mushrooms. When mushrooms grow, the light is strong, which is beneficial to the formation of flower mushrooms. However, when the temperature is high and the light is too strong, we should pay attention to moderate shading to avoid drying mycelium or fruiting body.
(5) Air: aerobic fungi, lack of oxygen will inhibit the growth of hyphae and the development of fruiting bodies. Therefore, the mushroom growing area requires moderate ventilation, but if there is frequent strong wind, the air humidity will drop too low, which will affect the growth of mushrooms.
(6) pH: An acidic environment is required. The medium can grow at PH 3-7, and 4.5-6.0 is the most suitable.
