Present situation and trend analysis of preventive medicine research

In recent years, China's industry and economy have developed rapidly, and the level of science and technology has also reached a new level. At the same time, preventive medicine has also been deeply studied and developed. Its theoretical research results have been applied to health undertakings in China, contributing to human health prevention in China and even the world. This paper mainly analyzes and summarizes the research status and trend of preventive medicine.

1 Introduction

Preventive medicine is an independent medical discipline group, which is divided into several branches. The research object of preventive medicine is the whole human body composition, and the medical application theory includes social medicine, environmental medicine and biomedicine.

Combining microscopic and macroscopic methods, this paper studies its distribution law, occurrence law and many factors that endanger health, so as to formulate preventive measures and countermeasures and realize a discipline that improves the quality of life, is beneficial to health and prevents diseases. According to the related disciplines of preventive medicine, its disciplines include environmental hygiene, child hygiene, nutrition and food hygiene, occupational diseases and occupational hygiene, social medicine, toxicology, medical statistics and hygiene, endemic diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, vector biology, health inspection, epidemiology, disinfection, parasitology, infectious diseases and other disciplines.

2 Analysis of the research status of preventive medicine

2. 1 Research status of preventive medicine theory

At present, the new concept of health and new medical model have promoted the deepening and development of preventive medicine in theoretical research to some extent. For a long time in the past, biomedical models were of great significance to medical research. However, with the progress of medical research and the rapid development of society, the negative effects and limitations of this model are gradually exposed, because diseases or AIDS caused by social and psychological factors, for example, are not solved by this model. Therefore, a new medical model of biological-psychological-social medicine has emerged, which has positively influenced the continuous development of theoretical research of preventive medicine, enabled preventive medicine to study the factors affecting health from a new perspective of social psychological factors, and raised the theoretical research of preventive medicine to a new level. The WTO points out that "health is a mental and physical state of social adaptability, not just the absence of weakness or disease". This new calcium milk makes the concept of "healthy and disease-free" disappear and promotes the development of preventive medicine to a higher level. Preventive work such as preclinical prevention, etiology prevention and clinical prevention has gradually become an important means of preventive medicine in practice.

2.2 The new biological method carries out toxicological research by going up a flight of stairs.

At present, the key research method of carcinogenesis mechanism is to analyze the problem of oncogenes. The methods of passage and primary cell culture in cytology are also widely used to study carcinogenesis or mutation caused by pollutant metabolism. In recent years, the method of studying toxicity test by biological methods has developed rapidly. For example, some traditional chronic toxicity tests can be replaced by biomarkers. In recent years, the study on the relationship between biological toxicity dose-effect, activity and chemical structure of pollutants by mathematical equations is the frontier of toxicology research. The continuous in-depth application and development of the above new technologies, methods and concepts have injected fresh blood into the study of the mechanism of environmental pollutants. In the field of membrane toxicology, the research on the influence of pollutants on the functional structure of biofilm and cell membrane is a subject with obvious progress at present. In the research field of skin and mucosa, it is generally necessary to use the respiratory tract to erode the body by mastering atmospheric pollutants. The toxicological research on the above organ tissue level and cell tissue is getting better and better. The research on cancer cells or mutations caused by environmental factors has been greatly improved. All these make the basic research of preventive medicine progress continuously.

2.3 The application of modern biotechnology makes preventive medicine research enter a new stage of disease control.

At present, more advanced gene research techniques, such as nucleic acid hybridization, DNA sequencing, gene cloning and DNA recombination, have been gradually applied to the practical application of preventive medicine, and disease control has a new way out on the research road. For example, the recombinant subunit vaccine of hepatitis B has been widely used in China. The application of advanced technologies such as biosensor, PCR and anti-HBsAg monoclonal antibody has greatly improved the sensitivity and specificity of monitoring technology and diagnostic technology. Engineering bacteria, such as bacteria containing DDT resistance gene and "superbacteria", are used to purify the environment, which significantly improves the quality of our living environment and is of great significance. The extensive application of the above advanced biotechnology has brought the research of preventive medicine to a new level.

2.4 The rapid development of information technology has promoted the development of preventive medicine.

With the rapid development of information industry in contemporary society, communication technology and computers marked by the Internet have been widely used, which has changed people's work, lifestyle and advanced scientific research. The application of information network in medicine makes it possible for any one of us to smoothly connect with international advanced research institutions, which brings great convenience to global remote thematic discussion and consultation, information exchange, literature retrieval and epidemic situation notification and inquiry, and effectively promotes the development of preventive medicine.

3 Analysis of the development trend of preventive medicine

Since the beginning of 2 1 century, preventive medicine has taken a brand-new road. First of all, preventive medicine is entering a new stage of development with social prevention as the mainstay. As China's bio-psycho-social medical model gradually replaces the original biomedical model, we people begin to realize that promoting health and preventing diseases depend more on society to some extent. In order to realize the ideal of "universal medical care", it is necessary to completely socialize medicine. Promoting a healthy lifestyle, promoting people's rational consumption and widely publicizing health education is a key task. Secondly, preventive medicine is moving towards the road of promoting health, combining prevention with treatment, and improving the quality of population and quality of life. With the continuous improvement of China's cultural level and national economy, the masses should not only get timely treatment when they are sick, but also understand and master the common sense of health care and prevention, enrich their knowledge of self-care and ensure their health. Therefore, the combination of clinical medicine and preventive medicine is the inevitable trend of medical development. Third, health and environmental problems will become the new trend of preventive medicine research and development. 2 1 century: four major problems faced by mankind: energy shortage, disease control, population explosion and environmental pollution. Among them, environmental pollution has attracted global attention, and preventive medicine needs to actively solve and participate in health and environmental problems at this critical moment. Finally, preventive medicine may also develop in the direction of paying attention to the influence of behavioral, mental and psychological reasons on health. The deepening of industrialization in modern society has also brought people new mental and psychological problems from another level, which requires social care, healthy psychological education and the support of national policies. I believe that in the near future, preventive medicine will make great contributions to our human disease control and let us live in a beautiful land healthily.
