I. Document basis
One person, one question principle. One person can ask a question, or many people can ask a question, but they are required to do it independently. Need more than two people to complete, proposed by the instructor, the hospital (Department) for approval. Each student must undertake part of the work independently and write papers independently.
Science is generally 5000~7000 words.
Graduation thesis (design) shall be bound in the specified order (cover, thesis writing statement and authorization, Chinese abstract, English abstract, table of contents, text (including notes), references, thanks, thesis evaluation form and back cover).
Students should wear formal clothes to defend their graduation thesis (design). Each student's defense time is generally 15 ~ 20 minutes. The defense process includes students' main points, teachers' questions and students' answers. The defense process should be recorded, and the defense team should fill in the undergraduate thesis (design) defense record form. Students discuss the core content for 5 minutes.
Graduation thesis (design) is graded on a 100-point scale, excellent: 90- 100, good: 80-89, fair: 70-79, passing: 60-69, failing: below 60 points. Under normal circumstances, more than 90 points should not exceed 20% of the total number of papers, and there should be a certain proportion below 70 points. The qualifications for participating in excellent papers require product analogues (not simple objects), professional articles or patents signed by the top two, and primary selection and secondary defense of an excellent paper.
Those who fail to pass the graduation thesis (design) after the defense can apply to the college (department) for a second defense three weeks (inclusive) after the revision. If the topic of graduation thesis (design) changes, you must apply to the college (department) for a second defense after six weeks (inclusive). Those who pass the second defense will be scored according to the passing score.
Instructors on campus should have intermediate or above professional titles. Teachers outside the school need to arrange the cooperation and guidance of teachers inside the school to guide the graduation thesis (design). Teaching assistants can't independently guide graduation thesis (design), but they can help guide teachers' work.
In order to ensure the quality of papers, each teacher should guide no more than 15 papers in principle, and teachers can guide up to 20 papers with the assistance of teaching assistants or the cooperation of off-campus tutors.
Students must finish their graduation thesis (design) independently. Those who plagiarize or copy other people's achievements will be given a demerit according to the seriousness of the case, and the graduation thesis score will be zero.
Students with similar data and different prefaces and expositions are considered reasonable. If the prefaces, expositions and data are similar, they will be disqualified from defending the two papers and directly enter the school for a "second" defense.
Second, the materials submitted before the defense

No cover, printed version of the paper (1 copy should be handed in before 5.8, and the other two copies should be handed in when defending on 5. 10).
There are no unpaid tuition fees.
Third, submit materials after the defense

In the electronic version of "Guidance Manual for Undergraduate Graduation Thesis of Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai", students fill in the relevant information by themselves, submit it to the defense venue before the defense, leave their signatures, and the teacher will modify, print and sign it.

Fourth, the timetable for defense.
On May 8th, students blindly selected the defense qualification, and the first draft of the thesis was submitted to the graduation advisor, who submitted it to the defense committee of the Department of Biological Engineering before 19: 00. Students who can't enter the defense procedure pay attention to the repeated defense list on the college website (the score is regarded as a defense, but the evaluation is not allowed, and the score is reduced accordingly). Students who fail to answer many times need to enter the school for a "second" reply (the score is recorded as a pass). 5. 10, students who did not participate in the evaluation of the qualification of blind selection defense could not be judged, and the reasons for postponing the defense were explained in writing, waiting for the repeated defense time.
