The information collected by the survey involves many aspects, such as professional literacy cognition, professional literacy status and improvement, and the requirements of enterprises for students' professional literacy.

1. In terms of professional literacy cognition,
The survey results show that with the deepening of school study, training and practice, students' professional literacy awareness is constantly improving. The order of importance of students' professional quality is professional ethics, professional skills, initiative, teamwork and communication, hard work and obedience; The order of enterprises is professional ethics, obedience, teamwork and communication, hard work, initiative and professional skills. Enterprise managers are very important+relatively important =90.3% to graduates' intangible soft literacy personal conduct, while tangible explicit factors such as experience and academic performance are less important, ranking last. It can be seen that enterprises attach importance to the hidden professional quality of graduates.
2. As far as the status quo and improvement of professional quality are concerned.
The survey results show that the aspects that students urgently need to improve are: being pragmatic, adapting to the environment, improving moral and humanistic quality, exercising communication skills, being modest and introspective, continuing learning, oral expression and written expression; According to the order of importance, enterprises are lax in working attitude, poor in obedience and execution, lacking in fighting spirit, self-centered, lacking in overall awareness and poor in communication and cooperation. There are great differences between the two on this issue.
Through the investigation, it is also found that students' self-evaluation of professional quality is higher than that of enterprises. This result proves that the important reasons for the difficulty of students' employment stability are inaccurate self-evaluation, unreasonable employment orientation and too picky job selection. Moreover, through further investigation, it is found that the overall professional quality of students is lower than the requirements of enterprises, especially in self-discipline, hard-working spirit, obedience and execution ability.
Third, professional quality training recommendations
1. scientifically adjust the curriculum and teaching methods.
According to the investigation and interview, we think that the overall effect of vocational schools on the cultivation of students' professional quality is not ideal, so we put forward the following suggestions:
(1) Expand the content of professional quality training. On the basis of the existing teaching contents such as professional ethics, communication skills and psychological quality, we should add contents such as corporate culture, professional thinking and professional habits, and we can also cultivate students' professional quality in a targeted way through expert lectures, actual combat analysis, viewpoint debate and picture display.
(2) Adjust teaching methods, adopt more behavior-oriented teaching methods such as case teaching, simulation teaching, practice teaching, team games, etc., strengthen teacher-student interaction, improve students' interest in learning, and improve students' communication ability and team cooperation consciousness while cultivating their professional ability.
(3) Establish a curriculum system centered on social needs. The curriculum system should not only focus on the training goal of professional ability, but also pay attention to its universality and adaptability.
2. Promote workplace practice and improve professional quality through school-enterprise cooperation.
Through investigation, it is found that participating in social practice and internship is the most effective way for many students to improve their professional quality. In order to ensure the implementation of social practice, efforts can be made from the following aspects: First, strengthen the joint school-enterprise running and the construction of practice bases to provide more practical opportunities and platforms for students; The second is to establish an internship institution specifically for students, provide internship suggestions for students of all grades, and introduce internship units; The third is to establish a standardized practice system.
