Second, the erection materials

2. Scaffolding steel pipe size, the maximum length of horizontal rod is 2.2m, the maximum length of other rods is 6.5 m, and the maximum mass of each steel pipe is not less than 25KG.

3. The surface of the steel pipe is flat and smooth, without cracks, scars, delamination, dislocation, hard bending, burr, indentation and deep scratches.

4. It is forbidden to punch holes in the steel pipe, and the steel pipe should be coated with antirust paint before use.

5. Fastener materials must comply with the provisions of steel tube scaffold couplers (GB 1583 1).

(1) The new fastener has the production license, the inspection report of the statutory inspection unit and the product quality certificate. When the quality of fasteners is in doubt, sampling inspection shall be conducted according to the current national standard steel tube scaffold couplers (GB 1583 1). It is forbidden to use unqualified products.

(2) Before using the old fasteners, quality inspection shall be carried out. Cracks and deformations are strictly prohibited, and sliding bolts shall be replaced.

(3) Rust prevention of new and old fasteners.

7. The dense mesh safety net must have products certified by the competent construction department.

III. Foundations and foundations

Four, scaffolding design size

Five, longitudinal and transverse horizontal poles, scaffolding, protective railings, baseboard poles.

1, the longitudinal horizontal bar is set inside the vertical bar, and its length is not less than 3 spans. The extension of longitudinal horizontal bars is connected by butt fasteners and staggered with each other. Two adjacent longitudinal horizontal joints are staggered by not less than 500mm, and the distance from the center of each joint to the nearest master node is not greater than 1/3 of the longitudinal distance.

2. The longitudinal lap length shall not be less than 1m, and the three rotating fasteners shall be fixed at equal intervals. The distance from the edge of the end fastener cover plate to the end of the overlapping longitudinal horizontal bar should not be less than100 mm.

3. Each node of the longitudinal horizontal bar is fixed on the transverse horizontal bar with a right-angle fastener.

4. Right-angle fasteners must be set and used at each node of the horizontal bar, and it is forbidden to dismantle them.

5, scaffolding must be perpendicular to the wall horizontal laying, shop in place, leaving no gap. Tie 18 iron wire at four corners in parallel and fix it on the longitudinal horizontal bar. It is required that the binding is firm, the joint is smooth, and there is no short board.

6, scaffolding bottom spread, every three layers in the middle, the upper and lower layers of the operation layer must be spread.

7. Starting from the second step, a protective fence with the same height 1.2m and a skirting line with a height of 30cm must be set on the outer side of the leg piece.

Six, vertical rod

1, each vertical pole is placed vertically on the bottom plate.

3. Scaffolding is afraid of setting vertical and horizontal sweeping poles. Longitudinal rod sweeps the floor with right-angle fasteners fixed on the vertical rod not more than 200 from the base. The horizontal sweeping bar is also fixed on the vertical bar directly below the vertical sweeping bar with right-angle fasteners. Seven, even the wall parts

1, set the number of wall pieces, with a firm spacing of each floor and a horizontal spacing of 4 spans.

2, even the wall layout;

(1) should be set near the master node, and the distance from the master node should not be greater than 300 mm. ..

(2) The bottom should be provided with longitudinal horizontal bars from the first step.

(3) Diamond layout should be preferred, and square and rectangular layout can also be adopted.

(4) In a word, even the wall pieces must be set at both ends of the open scaffold, and the vertical distance of the wall pieces should not be greater than the height of the building, and should not be greater than 4m(2 steps).

Eight, open the door

Scaffolding should adopt ascending diagonal bar and parallel chord truss structure when entering and leaving the hole, and the inclination angle a between the pheasant bar and the ground should be between 450 and 600.

The form of the door truss shall be determined according to the following requirements:

Nine, bracing, safety net

1, the number of each bracing across the vertical pole is 6 (less than 9m).

3. The bracing should be connected to the whole length and elevation difference of the facade.

4. The extension of diagonal braces should be overlapped, and the overlapping length should not be less than 1m: the two braces should be staggered, which is the same as that of the upright.

5. The diagonal bracing shall be fixed on the protruding end of the intersecting horizontal bar or on the vertical bar by rotating fasteners, and the distance from the center line of the rotating fasteners to the main node shall not be greater than150 mm. ..

6. Cross braces must be set at both ends of straight and open double-row scaffolding, with one set every 6 spans in the middle.

7. The outside of the scaffold must be closed with a dense mesh safety net certified by the competent construction department. The safety net is fixed on the inside of the outer pole of the scaffold and fastened with 18 # lead wire.

Spread

1. The zigzag chute shall be connected with external scaffolding or buildings.

2. The width of the pedestrian ramp should not be less than 1m, and the slope should be 1: 3.

3. A platform shall be set at the corner, and its width shall not be higher than that of the chute.

4. Rails and skirting boards should be set on both sides of the slideway and around the platform. The height of the railing is 1.2m, the height of the skirting board is only 0.3m, and the inside is closed with a dense mesh safety net.

5. When the scaffold board is laid horizontally, longitudinal support rods should be added below the horizontal horizontal rods, and the spacing between the longitudinal support rods should not be greater than 500mm.

6, scaffolding should be set every 250 ~ 300 mm a non-slip batten, batten thickness should be 20 ~ 30 mm ..

XI。 lightning protection device

1, the top of the scaffold is higher than 2m, and lightning rods (more than 35m in length and several in the middle) are set at the four corners.

2. The downlead adopts 16mm2 yellow-green double-color copper conductor, and the magnetic bottle and conductor are used for binding on the way.

3. The grounding wire of the grounding device should use three wires, which are electrically connected with the grounding body at different points. The vertical grounding body shall be made of 5×50 angle steel, φ 48 steel pipe or φ 22 round steel, with a length of 2.2m Steel bars are not allowed, and the grounding resistance shall not be greater than 4Ω.

Twelve, scaffolding quality and safety requirements

Scaffolding should organically unify the quality requirements and safety requirements to ensure the safety and applicability of the erection process, subsequent use and demolition process.

(a), the preparation work before the erection

1. Before erection, the person in charge of the unit project shall make safety technical disclosure to the scaffolder according to the requirements of the scaffold erection scheme, and both parties shall perform the signing formalities.

2. Be familiar with the drawings and the construction site, master the structural characteristics and environmental conditions of the building plane and facade, follow & gt (jgjgjg130-2001), and determine the scaffold step distance, etc. , and implement the erection steps.

3. Material preparation. Check and accept the steel pipes, fasteners, scaffolding and safety nets that enter the site.

4, the erection site preparation. According to the scaffold erection height, the soil condition of the erection site and the current national standard & gt(JBJ202), the scaffold foundation and foundation construction requirements should be solid and flat, without water accumulation and concrete hardening. After acceptance, pay-off and positioning shall be carried out according to the requirements of the scheme.

5, scaffolder should hold a valid special operations personnel operation certificate to work at his post. You must wear a safety helmet, a safety belt and shoes. It is forbidden to wear plastic shoes, leather shoes and other shoes with hard and slippery soles when climbing. Operating tools and small parts should be put in tool bags, and sleeves, necklines and trouser leg openings should be tied tightly to prevent hook danger.

(2) Quality and safety requirements during installation

1. The general sequence of erection of fastener-type double-row steel pipe scaffold is: inner vertical pole → outer vertical pole → small horizontal bar → big horizontal bar → sweeping pole → foot hand → protective railing and kicking pole → wall connecting piece → safety net.

2, scaffolding must cooperate with the construction progress, a erection height should not exceed two steps above the adjacent wall, to ensure the erection process and stability.

3, scaffolding, accumulated error exceeds the allowable deviation, it is difficult to correct, every step after the erection of scaffolding, according to the provisions, school step distance, vertical distance, horizontal distance, verticality of the stud.

4, erect pole should be operated by two people. When the big and small rails are connected to the vertical rods, two people must also cooperate.

5, when there are six levels and above winds and fog, heavy rain or snow rain, snow weather, should stop scaffolding operations. Pay attention to anti-skid when putting on shelves after rain and snow, and take anti-skid measures.

6. It is forbidden to pile up materials on the scaffolding of the non-operational layer, and it must be kept clean and tidy. The materials stacked on the scaffold of the operation layer should not be concentrated or ultra-high, and should be stacked smoothly. The pile shall not exceed 300kg per square meter, and shall be cleaned up in time after the work is completed.

7. After the scaffold erection is completed, the construction enterprise shall organize the sectional acceptance (generally no more than 3 steps) and go through the acceptance formalities. The acceptance sheet shall specify the acceptance position and quantitative content, and the acceptance personnel shall perform the acceptance signature procedures. If the acceptance is unqualified, the acceptance form shall be re-filled after the rectification is completed. Scaffolding can only be used after it has passed the acceptance and hung with a qualified card.

Thirteen. Demolition scheme

1. Before the outer frame is dismantled, the person in charge of the unit project shall call relevant personnel to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the frame project and make a visa confirmation. Scaffolding can only be removed when the building construction is completed and it is not needed.

2, when dismantling scaffolding, alert should be set up, put up eye-catching warning signs, prohibit non-operating personnel from passing, ground construction personnel can also do it, and there are people who are responsible for the alert.

3. The removal of the long upright and diagonal should be carried out by two people, and it is not advisable to work alone. Check whether it is firm after work, and add temporary fixing brackets when necessary to prevent accidents.

4. Before dismantling the outer frame, the leftover materials and sundries at the inspection port should be removed, and the order from top to bottom is: assemble first and then disassemble, assemble first and then disassemble.

5. The demolition sequence is: safety net → skirting pole → protective railing → bracing → scaffold → joist pole → wall connecting pole → main rail → small rail → upright post, from top to bottom, one step at a time, not allowed to be dismantled step by step, not allowed to work up and down at the same time.

6. In case of strong wind, rain, snow and other climates, the outer frame cannot be removed.

7. Dismantled steel pipes and fasteners should be piled up in categories. Throwing at high altitude is strictly prohibited.

8. After the hoisting steel pipes and fasteners are transported to the ground, they should be neatly stacked according to the specifications in time.
