I don't know if you have read the book "Use Your Brain". In this book, the author talks about the method of using mind map to finish the paper quickly. It only takes ten steps to finish the paper quickly in a few days.
1, choose the topic of the paper.
2. Make a mind map of everything you know or think is related to this topic.
Let it go for a few days and think it over in your mind.
4. Go to the library, bookstore, Internet or other places to find relevant books and materials.
5. Classify the found books and materials, and then read them quickly.
6. Make relevant information into a mind map.
7. Rest or exercise.
8. Make a mind map on paper and form the outline of the paper.
9. Have a rest again.
10, sit down and concentrate on finishing the paper.
For readers, no matter what kind of paper, no one wants to spend more than five minutes reading it. A reasonable writing strategy is to save readers' reading time to the maximum extent and convey information most effectively:
1. If the reader only has ten seconds, he should also know clearly what I did, what was the main result, what data I used and where I contributed.
If the reader has 30 seconds, he should know that I demonstrate this point on the basis of the above information, and he can quickly and accurately find what he wants to read in a 30-40 page paper.
If the reader has one minute, he should be able to know 80% of the contents of the paper. It seems that he should spend two more minutes reading it again.
If the reader has three minutes, he should be able to know exactly the ins and outs of what I am discussing, and know exactly my method and my hypothesis. If I am a salesman, I must explain the most important selling point in three minutes. Whether readers buy it or not is another matter.
Finally, as for writing papers, I do nothing but write. The paper is written, not imagined.
