TPB is a cognitive model of human behavior. It is concerned with understanding and predicting clearly defined behaviors. Ajzen shows that intention is the most important predictor of behavior. Intention is regarded as the motivation of people's behavior and represents people's expectations in the situation. Fishbein and Ajzen( 1975) regard intention as the possibility of action. Intention will be influenced by attitude, subjective norms and understanding of behavior control. The attitude related to a specific behavior represents all the positive and negative beliefs of a person and the evaluation of that behavior. Attitude is produced by the obvious concrete results brought by these behaviors and the evaluation of these results in turn; Subjective norm is the belief of individual standardization and its motivation to abide by these indicators; Finally, the sense of control over behavior represents the individual's feelings about whether the behavior is under his control. On the one hand,' control' represents whether the behavior is under the control of people and whether it can be simply operated by these people (belief in control). On the other hand, whether the resources, opportunities and expertise needed for these behaviors are available (perceptual control).
