Reflections on Reading the History of Entrepreneurship (I)
Liang Shengbao, the hero of the novel, is a hero and the founder of rural socialism in China in the 1950s! The reason why I come straight to the point is that his spirit of self-improvement and enterprising spirit is really shocking, and his post-reading feeling about the history of entrepreneurship.
Liang Shengbao is the son of a generation of poor peasants. He lost his father when he was young, and later wandered with his mother to Xiabao village on the south bank of Weihe River in a year of severe famine. Fate made Liang San, a villager in this village, a stepfather. After that, their father and son began to work hard on the Weihe Plain.
It is often said that those who achieve great things at all times and in all countries must have foresight, and Liang Shengbao is such a person. At the age of thirteen, he worked as a long-term worker for Lu Ercai's family. Two years later, he bought his calf for five yuan. When he got home, his mother and Liang San both accused him of being too impulsive, but he said, "Dad, that's a hopeless idea, and you can't create a job in your life ..." Later, the calf really grew into a strong cow, and Shengbao also planted good crops.
There are unexpected events in the sky, and people have fortunes. After another two years, the turbulent society made Shengbao unable to grow crops with peace of mind, but unfortunately he was dragged to become a strong man. After Liang San redeemed him with the money from selling calves, Shengbao plunged into Zhong Nanshan again-for 20 years, he reduced his salary and burned charcoal, enduring the torment of not being reunited with his family. Nevertheless, he was not crushed by the fate of poverty, but stubbornly walked his own way from the failure of his parents' entrepreneurship and his poor life experience.
With a persistent belief in his heart, Liang Shengbao can cope with it all the way, whether it is nature or society. Yao Shijie can be said to be the most cunning person in Toad Beach. In that famine year, he was so rich that he hoped those poor families would come to him, because he regarded the suffering of people who lacked food as the most interesting enjoyment in the world! However, in such a difficult time, Liang Shengbao still did not bow to Yao Shijie, and he still carried out his entrepreneurial work in an orderly manner.
With persistent faith in his chest, Liang Shengbao worked hard. In order to let the villagers live a better life as soon as possible, he took the initiative to go out to buy rice seeds, promote new seedling raising methods, and cut bamboo in the mountains ... all these things he had never shown in front of everyone. Perseverance makes him more enthusiastic: absorbing Bai Zhankui to join the agricultural community, patiently helping Liang San, and correctly handling the contradiction with Guo Zhengshan ... This spirit of pursuing persistence has created Liang Shengbao's perseverance and tenacious struggle. Listening to the Party and following it, his firm socialist belief has made great contributions to the successful establishment of agricultural cooperatives!
We are young people in the new era, and the times don't need us to do earth-shattering things. However, although we are ordinary, we should also have the persistent pursuit of character like Liang Shengbao, because we have the greatest wealth in life!
Pursue persistence-only for the most sacred goal in my heart.
Reflections on Reading the History of Entrepreneurship (Part Two)
I always thought that my age was not enough to evaluate China's * * * production party, but after reading Liu Qing's History of Entrepreneurship, I realized that although everyone has different educational levels, as long as you believe in the road ahead, everyone is the protagonist.
The author Liu Qing is a person who really knows and loves farmers. Why did you mention the author? Because I believe that only people who really live with farmers and have a deep understanding can write such novels.
The protagonist Liang Shengbao was the founder of rural socialism in China in 1950s! I say this because of his self-improvement, courage and perseverance. Shengbao is the son of a generation of poor peasants.
But what really made Shengbao stand up was China's * * * production party. Mutual aid groups and cooperatives were beacon-like new things in the newly liberated countryside at that time, so many people disagreed, but the result told everyone that it was realistic possibility and historical inevitability for farmers to take the socialist road. The road is just ahead. Shengbao can lead a large group of farmers into the mountains to cut bamboo and popularize new seedling raising methods, which is recognized by everyone.
Liu Qing once said, "You know, many historical events were forced out. For example, without a five-year plan, there may not be a grain market tension; If the grain merchants don't mess with us, 1953 may not need to implement the unified purchase and marketing; Without unified purchase and marketing, mutual assistance and cooperation may not end the stage of sailing against the current at once. The pace of historical giants is not chaotic. There is no God! It was Comrade Dialectics who identified the arrogance and madness of the old forces before their demise. Let them stimulate us and force us to launch a struggle to quickly destroy the old forces without hesitation! " Just because we believe that there is a road ahead when there is no way to go, it will arouse the anger of the masses and open up new roads.
We are young people in the new era and have new ideas, but we still can't forget the hard work of our predecessors. Under difficult circumstances, we must not forget the way forward.
Life is a long road, but there are only a few key steps, especially when people are young.
