2、? One-way geogrid is used for reinforced asphalt or cement pavement: geogrid laid at the bottom of asphalt or cement pavement can reduce rutting depth, prolong pavement fatigue life, reduce asphalt or cement pavement thickness and save cost.

One-way geogrids are used to strengthen embankment slopes and retaining walls: traditional embankments, especially high embankments, often need to be overfilled, and the edge of the shoulder is not easy to be compacted, which leads to the phenomenon that the later slopes are flooded by rain, and collapse and instability sometimes occur. At the same time, it needs a gentle slope, covering a large area, and the retaining wall has the same problem. Reinforcing embankment slopes or retaining walls with geogrids can reduce the occupied area by half, prolong the service life and reduce the cost by 20-50%.

4、? One-way geogrids are used to reinforce river seawalls: they can be made into gabions to be used together with geogrids to prevent the dykes from collapsing due to seawater erosion. Gabion is permeable, which can slow down the impact of waves, prolong the life of dams, save manpower and material resources and shorten the construction period.

5、? Using one-way geogrid to treat landfill: the combination of geogrid and other geosynthetics can effectively solve the problems of uneven settlement of foundation and emission of derived gas, and can maximize the storage capacity of landfill.
