Risk and preventive measures of ophthalmic nursing
The risks and preventive measures of eye care are the model essay I brought to you. Welcome to reading.

Objective To explore the nursing risks in ophthalmic care and summarize the corresponding preventive measures.

Strategy 120 cases of medical staff involved in nursing work, through questionnaire survey, understand and summarize the nursing risks existing in daily ophthalmic nursing work, and analyze and summarize the measures to solve such risks.

Results Psychological factors, sleep disorder, posture discomfort, constipation, wound infection, and decreased living ability are all risk factors of ophthalmic nursing.

Conclusion To assess the risk of every ophthalmic patient, it is necessary to carry out meticulous and rigorous work and thoughtful nursing in daily nursing, so as to reduce the risk factors in the nursing process and ensure the smooth recovery of patients.

Ophthalmic care; Nursing risk; Risk prevention measures

With the continuous development of society, the pace of people's daily life, work and study is gradually accelerating.

At the same time, due to the gradual increase of traffic accidents and construction accidents, the number of emergency patients in ophthalmology is also increasing.

However, because these patients suddenly suffered from ophthalmic diseases without preparation, they are in a state of psychological and physical instability, which makes medical staff have certain safety and doctor-patient risks in the nursing process, which has a certain impact on the treatment of patients and the diagnosis and treatment of medical staff.

This paper analyzes the risk factors existing in current ophthalmic nursing, and summarizes the corresponding risk solving measures.

1 data and policies

1. 1 general information 120 medical staff working in the ophthalmology department of our hospital from 20 13 to 12 were selected as the research objects, including 4 males, 4 females 1 16, and the staff age was 23.

1.2 strategy 120 medical staff were selected and investigated through the questionnaire on ophthalmic nursing work compiled by our hospital. According to the contents of the questionnaire, the nursing risks existing in ophthalmic nursing work were summarized and the corresponding solutions were put forward.

Two results

Psychological factors, sleep disorder, posture discomfort, constipation, wound infection, and decreased ability to live are all risk factors for eye care.

See table 1 for specific data.

3 discussion

3. 1 Preventive measures of psychological risk factors Because most patients lack enough knowledge of ophthalmic diseases, they are unfamiliar with the current hospitalization environment in hospital wards, and patients often have negative psychological emotions such as pessimism and anxiety during this period. At the same time, due to the sudden decline and disappearance of vision, the patient's self-care ability is greatly limited. These factors have seriously hindered the patients' psychology and had a certain impact on their prognosis and rehabilitation.

In view of these situations, medical staff need to communicate with patients according to their actual psychological status, combined with psychological knowledge and psychological adjustment skills, find out the psychological crux of patients, and take targeted solutions to eliminate the causes of these psychological reasons, thus improving their psychological status [1].

3.2 Measures to reduce the risk of living ability Some ophthalmic patients often have their eyes or one eye covered after treatment, so their vision will decrease or become blind, which will affect their self-care ability. In view of this situation, ophthalmologists should patrol wards regularly to help patients with difficulties in living and eating.

In addition, the layout of hospital wards should also take these factors into account, and the emergency pager near the hospital bed should be used normally, and the ground environment should be kept clean and tidy. Handrails in corridors and bathrooms should be inspected regularly, and damaged parts should be repaired in time to ensure that these auxiliary appliances can be used normally [2].

3.3 Prevention strategy of infection risk Due to the existence of surgical wounds and bad hygiene habits after operation, patients' immunity decreases after operation and are prone to symptoms such as postoperative wound infection.

For these infection risks, ophthalmologists need to do a good job of health education before operation, and at the same time keep the surrounding area of the patient's eyes clean after operation. Patients are forbidden to touch the affected area of the eyes with their hands or other objects. For daily appliances, such as toiletries, towels, etc., do a good job of disinfection and cleaning, arrange personnel to do a good job of ventilation in the ward every day, and keep the indoor temperature and humidity within a certain range. At the same time, we should always pay attention to the changes of the affected part of the patient's eyes to see if there is any liquid oozing or oozing. If such symptoms appear, the attending physician should be informed in time to deal with them, so as to find the infection early and treat it early.

3.4 Prevention Strategies of Sleep Disorder Risk Most ophthalmologists often have symptoms of sleep disorder due to long-term bed rest and changes in their daily living environment, which in turn leads to sleep disorder.

For such symptoms, medical staff should help patients adapt to the ward environment as soon as possible, relax through communication, help patients develop good sleep habits through reading and watching TV, and minimize the occurrence of sleep disorders.

3.5 Precautions against the risk of postural discomfort Patients often suffer from postural discomfort due to therapeutic surgical reaction, forced decubitus, local infection, elevated intraocular pressure and suture stimulation. In this case, ophthalmologists need to know the cause, degree and nature of discomfort caused by patients in detail, and take corresponding measures to solve the cause according to this information [3].

3.6 Prevention Strategies of Constipation Risk Most ophthalmic patients will suffer from constipation due to mental stress, long-term bed rest, changes in food structure and changes in defecation habits. For such patients, medical staff should take targeted measures according to the causes of constipation, such as eating more fruits and vegetables, guiding patients to do some bed exercises, and giving appropriate laxatives when necessary to help patients defecate.
