Second, the installation points and technical requirements:

1. Partition wall perforation and its treatment:

Because the system piping and drainage requirements need to pass through the warehouse body and the wall surface, the position and size of the borehole should be examined and approved, and the size of the borehole should be marked on the wallboard after it is correct. Wall drilling can only be carried out after the opinions of on-site civil technicians have no influence on the building structure. When the pipe passes through the hole in the wall, punch it with an electric hammer. If the wall is not suitable for electric hammer drilling, other methods can be used to drill holes after obtaining the consent of the owner. The size of the hole is subject to the pipeline (including insulation layer) that can pass through. Steel casing shall be set at the pipeline wall, and the pipeline weld shall not be placed in the casing. The galvanized iron sleeve should be flush with the wall or floor, but at least 20 mm above the ground. The gap between pipeline and casing shall be filled with heat insulation material or other incombustible materials, and casing shall not be used as the support of pipeline.

2. Installation of devices in the warehouse:

Steps: Determine the position of the unit in the warehouse → Draw a line to mark the position → Reamer reaming → Fix the support rod at the top of the warehouse → Connect the ceiling screws of the unit → Fix the unit in the warehouse.

3. Refrigerant pipeline:

(1) Steps: piping → pipeline laying → welding → purging → leak testing → drying → heat preservation.

(2) Principles Refrigerant piping should strictly abide by the three principles of piping: dryness, cleanliness and airtightness.

The first step of drying is to prohibit water from entering the copper tube before installation, followed by blowing clean and vacuum drying after piping. Cleaning means cleaning the pipeline during construction, replacing welding with nitrogen during welding, and finally blowing it clean. Air tightness test is the last air tightness test to ensure welding quality and bell mouth connection quality.

(3) Method of replacing nitrogen:

When brazing, the refrigerant pipe must be protected by nitrogen, with a slight pressure (3~5kg/cm? Filling nitrogen into the welded pipeline will effectively prevent the formation of scale in the pipeline.

(4) Sealing cover of refrigerant pipe:

It is very important to cover the refrigerant pipe. In order to prevent moisture, dirt and dust from entering the pipeline, the refrigerant pipe must be wrapped when it passes through the wall, and the installed pipeline that is temporarily disconnected should also be wrapped.

(5) Blow out the refrigerant pipe:

Blowing out the refrigerant pipeline is the best way to remove the waste in the pipeline. The specific method is to connect the pressure regulating valve of the nitrogen cylinder with the air inlet of the outdoor unit and block the interfaces of all indoor units with blind plugs. An indoor machine interface is used as a sewage outlet, with insulating material facing the nozzle and a pressure regulating valve of 5kg/ cm? Fill the pipe with air, and quickly release the insulation when the hand can't reach it. Dirt and moisture will be discharged together with nitrogen. This cycle is repeated several times until no dirt and moisture are discharged (every indoor unit should do this).

In addition, the liquid tube and trachea should be carried out separately.

(6) Brazing of refrigerant pipe:

A. Preparation of refrigerant pipeline before brazing: quality standard of brazing tape and preparation of welding equipment. The cut surface of copper tube should be smooth, without burr, back protrusion and other defects. The section is allowed to be inclined, and the deviation is 1% of the pipe diameter.

B. The brazing of refrigerant pipes shall adopt phosphor copper covered electrode or silver covered electrode, and the welding temperature shall be 700-845℃. Brazing is easy to be carried out downward or horizontally, overhead welding should be avoided as far as possible, and the branch opening of the joint must be kept horizontal.

Note: Copper tubes should not be clamped by metal brackets, but should be supported by insulating layers in natural state to prevent cold bridge.

D. Welding personnel shall hold necessary qualification certificates before taking up their posts.

E. When welding the operating valve of gas pipeline, it must be cooled (wrap the valve body with wet cloth), otherwise it will lead to leakage.

(7) Copper pipes with a diameter less than φ 19.05mm shall be simmered, hot bent or cold bent on site with special bending tools, and the ellipticity shall not be greater than 8%. The bending radius, spacing, slope direction and inclination of pipes installed side by side should be the same. For copper pipes larger than φ 19.05 mm, stamping elbows should be used.

(8) Flared connection:

The connection between refrigerant copper tube and indoor unit adopts bell mouth connection, and the expansion quality of bell mouth should be paid attention to. Among them, the flare depth of the bell mouth should not be less than the pipe diameter, and the flare direction should conform to the refrigerant flow direction. When cutting pipes, use a cutter. When flaring and locking the nut, apply a small amount of refrigerant oil to the inner surface of the flaring. The flare size and nut torque are shown in the following table:

4, all refrigerant pipe insulation pipe must be bandaged, steel casing should be used when crossing the floor.

5. Installation of drainage pipe: PVC or PPR engineering plastic pipe is used for drainage pipe;

(1) Steps: connect water pipes → lay heating wires → check water leakage → keep warm.

(2) Before the pipeline installation, the dirt and corrosion in the pipeline must be removed, and the pipeline opening shall be closed for protection when the installation is suspended.

(3) The shorter the effective distance of the drainage pipe in the warehouse, the better. The gradient of horizontal pipeline shall be1100 to 1/50.

(4) It is best to make a soft connection between the drain of the machine tray and the drain pipe in the warehouse. The drain of the condensed water tray in the warehouse should be higher than the drain pipe interface, and the PVC pipes should be connected with special PVC glue. Water filling test can be used for leakage test of drainage system, and no leakage is qualified.

(5) After the pipeline is installed, the system shall be flushed, and the system shall be cleaned before connection.

6, control line operation:

The control lines are all bundled and laid along the refrigerant pipe with shielded wires, and the indoor controller is partially hidden through the pipe. It is forbidden to bind the power cord and the control cord together to prevent interference.

7, heat preservation work:

Materials should be selected according to the design requirements of thermal insulation engineering. During construction, the insulation sleeve should be put on together, and welding joints should be reserved. Finally, the welded joint should be treated. It is absolutely forbidden to break the insulation layer during construction, and the lap joint of insulation sleeve must be tied with tape.

8, outside the library unit installation:

(1) The unit equipment is delivered out of the warehouse for unpacking inspection, and the inspection information is filled in the Equipment Unpacking Inspection Record;

(2) Handling and hoisting of units and equipment outside the warehouse;

(3) The unit outside the warehouse is located on the roof foundation (civil cooperation), and the unit and the foundation are fixed by ground anchor or bracket. Between outdoor unit and indoor unit, between outdoor unit and building, it should be carried out in accordance with relevant technical regulations.

9, air tightness test:

(1) Operation sequence: refrigerant piping is completed → nitrogen pressurization → time control → pressure inspection → qualified.

(2) The organization and division of labor of testers.

(3) Key points: The refrigerant pipeline should be pressurized with dry nitrogen, and the pressure test should be carried out slowly:

The first stage: 3.0 kg/ cm? Pressurize for more than 3 minutes;

The second stage: 15 kg/ cm? Pressurize for more than 3 minutes;

The third stage: 30 kg/cm? Pressurize for 24 hours

Observe whether the pressure drops. If there is no drop, it is qualified, but the pressure will change with the change of temperature. 10, vacuum drying:

(1) After passing the nitrogen pressure test, vacuum dry the system to meet the quality requirements.

(2) Rotary vacuum pump (displacement of 4l/min) should be selected for vacuum drying, and the vacuumizing capacity of the vacuum pump must reach -755mmHg before use.

(3) In the following order:

(1) Connect the vacuum meter and run the vacuum pump for more than 2 hours (the vacuum degree should be above -755mmHg). If it does not reach -755mmHg, continue pumping 1 hour. If it fails, check for any leaks.

(2) After reaching -755mmHg, it can be placed at 1 hour, and the vacuum gauge is considered qualified if it does not rise. If it rises, it means that there is moisture or air leakage in the system, so we should continue to deal with it.

(3) After passing the vacuum test, fill the refrigerant according to the calculated amount, and open the valve (pay attention to vacuumizing from both sides of the gas pipe and liquid pipe).

(4) Under special circumstances, a special vacuum drying method of nitrogen separation can be adopted.

(4) Record the above test results in relevant tables.

1 1, Freon refrigerant filling:

Refrigerant filling shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements in the technical data.

Three. Main difficulties and solutions in construction

Ensure that the refrigerant pipe is absolutely clean and free of impurities and moisture.
