In the six months before the date of application, the papers published for the first time at academic conferences or technical conferences organized by relevant authorities in the State Council or national academic organizations will not lose their novelty, that is, the patent application can be passed. However, when filing an application for a patent, China National Intellectual Property Administration shall be informed, and within two months from the date of filing, documents proving that the invention-creation has been exhibited or published and the date of exhibition or publication shall be provided.
