1, Hefei Binhu Vocational and Technical College, located in Hefei, Anhui Province, whose predecessor was Anhui Star Technology Vocational and Technical College, was founded in 2002. Approved by the Anhui Provincial People's Government, the Ministry of Education was formally established. It is a full-time general higher vocational college with independent higher vocational (junior college) education qualifications.

2. The college actively adapts to the needs of market economy, constantly reforms and innovates, and comprehensively cultivates applied, technical and skilled, compound and professional talents. With the approval of the Anhui Provincial Department of Education, the College has opened more than 30 higher vocational (specialist) majors that have been included in the national unified plan for enrollment, and they are enrolled both inside and outside Anhui Province.
