Fu Ya, female, born in 19 18, formerly known as Fu Huiying, is a Li Hairen from Shangyu, the wife of General Chen Geng. 1937 graduated from Nanjing Private Oriental Middle School, 1938 entered the fourth phase of Yan 'an Anti-Japanese Military and Political University. After graduation, he joined the Anti-Japanese General Political and Art Troupe. 1946, served as instructor of Taiyue Military Health School and clerk of the Archives Department of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee. From 65438 to 0949, he went south with Chen Geng troops, and served as secretary of policy research office of Zhengzhou Municipal Committee, acting leader of preparatory working group of Yunnan Women's Federation and leader of land reform working group. 195 1 was transferred to Beijing in, and successively served as the director of the Department of Political Science and Law of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and the secretary of the Party branch of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau. He is a member of the 5th, 6th and 7th CPPCC in Beijing.

He died in Beijing on the morning of1October 4, 2065438 10, 10, 20, at the age of 92.
