1, Chen Yi (190 1 August 26th-1972 1 October 6th), male, born in Lezhi, Sichuan, is one of the top ten marshals in party member and People's Republic of China (PRC). Founder and strategist of China People's Liberation Army. He served as Vice Premier of the State Council, People's Republic of China (PRC), Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vice Chairmen of the CPC Central Military Commission and People's Republic of China (PRC), and the first mayor of Shanghai Municipal People's Government.
