Nanjing people. Pang Xiaogang was born in June 1972. He holds a master's degree and is an engineer. He graduated from the School of Electrical Engineering of Southeast University. He has served as the director, deputy secretary and general manager of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation of China Southern Power Grid, and the party secretary and chairman of Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau of China Southern Power Grid. In July, 2020, he was transferred from China Southern Power Grid System to Beijing and became the deputy general manager and member of the party group of State Grid. In September 2022, he served as director and deputy secretary of the party group of State Grid Corporation.
